Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A regulatory node may maintain bidirectional communications between potential aggressor nodes and potential victim nodes to enable compliance with power regulations of a given environment. For example, the regulatory node may obtain equivalent isotropic radiated power (EIRP) information corresponding to an environment in which a first node is located, where the EIRP information may include respective permissible EIRP levels over a range of angles relative to the environment. The regulatory node may monitor during a first duration, an EIRP level of a set of beams of the first node over the range of angles in accordance with the EIRP information. As such, the regulatory node may output a first compliance report associated with the first time duration, where the first compliance report indicates whether one or more of the beams conforms to the EIRP information.

Techniques for equivalent isotropic radiated power conformance verification by a regulatory node

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. that support asymmetric time division duplexing (TDD) coexistence among different operators having adjacent nodes in wireless networks. A baseline TDD configuration may be established for a set of frequency bands, that provides that uplink (UL) transmissions and downlink (DL) transmissions within a set of frequency bands are aligned and result in relatively little or no interference among different operators. An operator may determine that a TDD configuration that is different from the baseline TDD configuration may be beneficial and may select an interference mitigation procedure and communicate with one or more UEs using the interference mitigation procedure and TDD configuration that is different than the baseline TDD configuration.

Wireless communications systems and methods related to accessing a channel based on an interference condition in a wireless communication network are provided. For example, a method of wireless communication performed by a wireless communications device may include receiving, from a second wireless communication device, one or more signals associated with a beam parameter, determining, at each of a plurality of locations, a signal measurement for at least one received signal of the one or more received signals, and determining, based at least in part on a cumulative distribution of the signal measurements at the plurality of locations and a reference probability distribution, whether the second wireless communication device satisfies an interference condition. The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a user equipment (UE) and/or base station. In one aspect, the apparatus may configure a frame structure including a plurality of slots in a subframe, the plurality of slots including at least one of one or more downlink slots, one or more uplink slots, or one or more flexible slots, each of the one or more flexible slots including multiple subband resources. A method may comprise receiving a time division multiplexed configuration that is determined based on a distribution of a plurality of technologies in a communication system, the distribution corresponding to a traffic load of each technology and transmitting in accordance with channel access methods of one of the plurality of technologies during a resource allocated according to the received TDM configuration. In an aspect, each of the plurality of technologies operate in accordance with channel access methods defined for each technology.

Techniques for TDM-based coexistence of V2X technologies

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a duty cycle function corresponding to a duty cycle range. In some cases, the UE may determine the duty cycle function based on a congestion metric. The UE may identify a bandwidth allocation for the UE and may determine a duty cycle within the duty cycle range based on the duty cycle function and the bandwidth allocation. In some cases, the UE may identify one or more of the duty cycle function, the congestion metric, the duty cycle range, or the bandwidth allocation based on control signaling from a base station. The UE may transmit a packet within the bandwidth allocation in accordance with the duty cycle.

A method for wireless communication includes a first wireless communication device receiving, from a second wireless communication device, one or more signals for each of a plurality of candidate sensing beams and a transmission beam. The method also includes determining, for each of the plurality of candidate sensing beams based on at least one of the one or more signals for the respective candidate sensing beam, a first signal measurement. The method also includes determining, based on at least one of the one or more signals for the transmission beam, a second signal measurement with respect to a direction of the transmission beam, and determining, for each of the plurality of candidate sensing beams based on the respective first signal measurement and the second signal measurement, beam coverage information with respect to the transmission beam direction.

This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus for clear channel assessment (CCA) enabled narrowband (NB) communications. In some implementations, a device is configured to associate with an NB channel (such as a Bluetooth channel), perform a CCA to assess whether the NB channel is clear, and transmit on the NB channel when clear. If the NB channel is not clear, the device may prevent transmitting on the NB channel. The device may prevent avoiding the NB channel after the first time that the NB channel is not clear. If the NB channel remains not clear (such as over a number of CCAs for the NB channel), the device may avoid the NB channel by removing the NB channel for FH for an amount of time. In some implementations, the device may be configured to perform frame based equipment (FBE) CCAs for one or more NB channels.

Clear channel assessment (CCA) enabled narrowband (NB) communications

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A wireless device that uses a first radio access technology (RAT) may identify a transmission timing scheme for a shared radio frequency spectrum band, the transmission timing scheme comprising a first set of time intervals allocated for transmissions using a first RAT and a second set of time intervals allocated for transmissions using a second RAT. The wireless device may transmit, during a time interval of the first set of time intervals, a channel reservation signal indicating an end time of the time interval and indicating that the wireless device uses the first RAT. The wireless device may transmit, based at least in part on the transmitted channel reservation signal, over the shared radio frequency spectrum band during at least a portion of the time interval before the end time of the time interval.
