The present disclosure relates to a process for preparing polyurethane moldings, including the steps of providing a reaction mixture (M), including at least one polyisocyanate, and at least one component with two functional groups which are reactive towards isocyanates, introducing the reaction mixture (M) into a mold and allowing the reaction mixture (M) to react to form a polyurethane molding. In the first step, at least one additive selected from vegetable oils is added to the mixture (M). The present disclosure also relates to a polyurethane molding obtained or obtainable according to said process and the use of a polyurethane molding according to the invention as sole of a boot or part of a sole of a boot.

The present invention relates to a process for producing polyurethane moldings, wherein (a) organic polyisocyanates are mixed with (b) one or more compounds having at least two hydrogen atoms which are reactive toward isocyanate, comprising polyester polyol, (c) blowing agent, (d) catalyst, and (e) propylene carbonate and compounds selected from the group consisting of at least one compound of the general formula (I) and a compound of the formula (II), to give a reaction mixture, introduced into a mold and allowed to react to give a polyurethane molding. The present invention further relates to polyurethane moldings obtainable by such a process and also the use of these moldings as steering wheels, seats, armrests and in particular as shoe soles.

The present invention relates to foamed polyurethane obtainable by mixing a) polyisocyanates, b) relatively high molecular weight compounds having groups reactive toward isocyanate groups, c) solid particles, d) blowing agents, e) if appropriate, chain extender, crosslinking agent or mixtures thereof, f) if appropriate, catalyst and g) if appropriate, other additives to give a reaction mixture and allowing the reaction mixture to react to completion, the propotion of chain extender being less than 6% by weight, based on the total weight of the components a) to f), the content of solid particles being greater than 15% by weight, based on the total weight of the components a) to f), and the average functionality of the relatively high molecular weight compounds having groups reactive toward isocyanate groups being less 2.5. The present invention relates to a process for producing integral polyurethane foams, in which a) organic polyisocyanates are mixed with b) relatively high molecular weight compounds having at least two reactive hydrogen atoms, c) blowing agents, d) dialkyl cyclohexanedicarboxylates and, if appropriate, e) chain extenders and/or crosslinkers, f) catalysts and g) other auxiliaries and/or additives to form a reaction mixture, the reaction mixture is introduced into a mold and allowed to react to form an integral polyurethane foam. The present invention further relates to integral polyurethane foams comprising dialkyl cyclohexanedicarboxylates, the use of such foams in the interior of road vehicles or as shoe soles and the use of dialkyl cyclohexanedicarboxylates as internal mold release agents in the production of integral polyurethane foams.
