A lighting device, which may be employed e.g. as a retrofit bulb for vehicle lamps, includes a light radiation source, e.g. a LED source, and a beam-narrowing optical system facing the light radiation source, for propagating a narrowed light radiation beam of the same source along a longitudinal axis of the device. Arranged distally of the beam-narrowing optical system along said longitudinal axis, there is moreover provided a cascaded arrangement of: a light-condensing lens, a light-driving lens, a filament-like body including annular reflective surfaces extending around the longitudinal axis and exposed to light radiation from the light radiation source propagated through the light-condensing lens and the light-driving lens, a distal mirror member having a reflective surface facing towards the filament-like body, to reflect light radiation towards annular reflective surfaces in said plurality of annular reflective surfaces.

Lighting device, corresponding lamp and method

Accroding to the present disclosure, a heat sink, which may be used e.g. for LED lamps or bulbs for motor vehicle lights, includes: a plate-like portion extending along an axis with opposed mounting surfaces for at least one heat source, such as e.g. a LED lighting source, and a finned portion thermally coupled with the plate-like portion and including a plurality of annular fins extending around said axis.

Heat sink, corresponding lighting device and method of use

A lighting device, which may be employed e.g. as a retrofit bulb for vehicle lamps, includes a light radiation source, e.g. a LED source, and a beam-narrowing optical system facing the light radiation source, for propagating a narrowed light radiation beam of the source along a longitudinal axis of the device. Arranged distally of the beam-narrowing optical system along the longitudinal axis, there is provided: a light reflector, a light-driving lens, a filament-like body including annular reflective surfaces extending around the longitudinal axis and exposed to light radiation from the light radiation source propagated through the light reflector and the light-driving lens, a distal mirror member having a reflective surface facing towards the filament-like body, to reflect light radiation towards annular reflective surfaces in the plurality of annular reflective surfaces. The light radiation reflected by the annular reflective surfaces of the filament-like body is spread radially from the longitudinal axis.

A lighting device, which may be used e.g. to produce motor vehicle lamps, may include a light radiation source, e.g. a LED source, having a light-permeable body arranged facing source for propagating light radiation along a longitudinal axis. The light-permeable body includes a collimator exposed to light radiation source and adapted to collect light radiation and to inject it into light-permeable body, a tapered portion coupled to collimator for receiving light radiation and directing it towards an output end, a distal portion acting as an emission filament, coupled to the output end of tapered portion, with an output mirror having a shank portion extending in said distal portion and a head portion, the output mirror reflecting light radiation radially from longitudinal axis and proximally towards said light radiation source.

In various embodiments, a lighting device is provided. The lighting device includes a channel-shaped elongate profiled body having a central or web portion and two side portions sidewise of the web portion, a profiled body having mutually opposed undercuts opening inwardly of the channel shape of profiled body, and a light radiation source assembly including an elongate support board carrying one or more light radiation sources, e.g. LED sources, the support board having longitudinal sides extending into the said undercuts, wherein the light radiation source assembly is retained by the channel-shaped profiled body.

Lighting device and method of manufacturing it

A lighting device, such as for example a LED flexible module, includes an elongated profiled body having a mouth portion, a first and a second lateral sides arranged sidewise of the mouth portion and a web side opposed the mouth portion. The profiled body includes a light-permeable portion, extending between the mouth portion and the first lateral side, and a light-impermeable portion extending between the second lateral side and the web side. A light radiation source assembly including a support member with one or more electrically powered light radiation sources is arranged at the mouth portion with the light radiation source(s) facing the light-permeable portion, whereby light radiation is directed towards the first lateral side for emission from the lighting device.
