A security element for securities or security papers has at least one first region having first structures, which first structures reflect a first piece of information into different spatial regions, so that a movement image is created for a viewer with corresponding movement of a light source and/or a change in the viewing angle. When the light source and/or when the viewing angle is changed, a movement of the first piece of information is simultaneously created. The security element is thereby formed with at least one second region having second structures, which second structures reproduce a static and/or viewing angle-independent second piece of information. In addition, a process manufactures a security element.

Security element having reflective and static features

A security element () for papers of value or security papers has at least one first color-shifting region (), wherein the security element () additionally has at least one second region (), different from the first region (), with structures (), which reflect an image motif in different spatial regions, such that a moving image is produced for an observer when a light source () is moved correspondingly and/or when a viewing angle is changed, wherein, when the light source is moved and/or the viewing angle is changed, a movement of the image motif and a color-shifting effect occurs at the same time.

Security element with colour shift effect and fluorescent features and method for production and use of same

A security element includes a coating of a material which has an optically variable effect, in particular a color-tilt effect, and cutouts which are identifiable in transmitted light. The security element comprises a carrier substrate and a partial layer having cutouts. The partial layer is made of an opaque coating having light-absorbing properties on the side that faces the coating made of the material having an optically variable effect and having a metallic coloration on the side that faces away from the coating made of the material having an optically variable effect. The partial opaque coating consists of a light-absorbing metallic layer.

Safety label or adhesive tape with evidence of tampering

A security foil includes two or more carrier substrates which have at least one optically active structure and at least two metal layers. The security foil is composed as follows: a) a first carrier substrate, b) a first radiation-curable lacquer layer into which an optically active structure is incorporated, c) a first metal layer, d) a protective lacquer layer, e) an adhesive layer, f) a second carrier substrate, g) a second radiation-curable lacquer layer, h) a second metal layer, i) optionally a protective lacquer layer, and k) optionally an adhesive coating. The adhesion between the layers g) and h) or f) and g) is significantly lower than the adhesion between the remaining layers.
