A method for operating a stationary gas turbine at partial load, having at least one compressor, at least one expansion turbine and a combustion chamber provided with at least one burner, which gas turbine further includes a hydraulic gap adjuster, wherein the method has the following steps: operating the gas turbine at partial load; operating the a hydraulic gap adjuster; during the operation of the hydraulic gap adjuster, increasing the fuel supply to the burner while increasing the temperature of the combustion gases which are guided to the expansion turbine.

Method for the operation of a gas turbine by active hydraulic gap adjustment

An ascertainment method for determining a final angle of vanes that are adjustable between an initial angle and the final angle and are part of a row of leading vanes which are arranged upstream of a row of trailing vanes of a compressor in a gas turbine, in order to prevent ice from forming in the compressor. During operation of the gas turbine, a current value of at least one process parameter is determined in a parameter ascertainment step, whereupon the final angle is defined in accordance with the value in a final-angle defining step, an aerodynamic speed being determined as the process parameter.

A heat shield element for a heat shield has a support structure. The heat shield element includes a hot side which can be exposed to hot gas, a cold side opposite the hot side, and peripheral sides connecting the hot side to the cold side. The height of the heat shield element increases in a rising direction, the rising portion of the heat shield element running in the rising direction substantially up to at least one peripheral side or up to a projection that extends the hot side over the base surface of the cold side.

A method for regulating a gas turbine wherein the fuel quantity supplied to the burners of the gas turbine is regulated using a target value for the corrected turbine outlet temperature. A stable operation of the gas turbine is to be allowed with a particularly high degree of efficiency and a high output at the same time. The target value for the corrected turbine outlet temperature is set using a value which characterizes the combustion stability in the burners, wherein the target value for the corrected turbine outlet temperature is set additionally using the surrounding temperature. Furthermore, the target value for the corrected turbine outlet temperature is set only below a specified surrounding temperature using the value which characterizes the combustion stability in the burners.

A gas turbine having a compressor, a turbine unit, at least one combustion chamber and a secondary air system, which secondary air system has at least one cooling line having a compressor-side inlet for removing cooling air from the compressor and a turbine-side outlet for leading the cooling air onward into the turbine unit, wherein the cooling air line at the compressor-side inlet is connected fluidically to a housing opening of the gas turbine which adjoins a cavity in the gas turbine and which, during operation, guides compressor air, and wherein the housing opening is formed as a manhole.

Method and system for cooling down a gas turbine

A method for operating a gas turbine plant having a gas turbine and an electric generator driven by the gas turbine. The method includes detecting an instantaneous power of the gas turbine plant; comparing the detected instantaneous power with a power limit value; and limiting the instantaneous power when the result of the comparison is that the detected instantaneous power is equal to or greater than the power limit value. A step of detecting at least one operating parameter of the gas turbine plant and a step of determining the power limit value as a function of the at least one detected operating parameter are then implemented, wherein the at least one operating parameter of the gas turbine plant includes an ambient pressure and the power limit value is increased when the ambient pressure increases.
