An electrical conductor assembly includes an electrical conductor, an electrically insulating jacket disposed around a conductor section of the electrical conductor, an electrically conductive sleeve disposed around a first insulating jacket section of the insulating jacket, and an electrically conductive yarn for realizing an electric field control. The electrically conductive yarn is wound around a second insulating jacket section of the electrically insulating jacket in adjacent relation to the first insulating jacket section.

Electric conductor assembly

An electrical feedthrough for a pressure housing includes two feedthrough elements having substantially matching external shape and dimension. Each feedthrough element extends straight along an element axis between a first element end portion and a second element end portion. A connecting element is releasably connected to the feedthrough elements and has opposite sides, with one of the opposite sides having a contact area upon which the first element end portion of one of the feedthrough elements abuts, and with the other one of the opposite sides having a contact area upon which the first element end portion of the other one of the feedthrough elements abuts. At least one of the feedthrough elements includes an electrical feedthrough conductor which extends along the element axis of the feedthrough element and abuts a connecting conductor of the connecting element.

In a method for insulating a coil winding of an active part of a rotating electric machine, the active part is impregnated with an insulating resin in a tub-like impregnation container by vacuum pressure impregnation. The active part is held in the impregnation container, after impregnation with the insulating resin, completely submerged in the insulating resin. The impregnation container together with the active part is introduced into a baking oven, and the active part is set in the insulating resin in rotation about a longitudinal axis of the active part. While the active part is rotating, the insulating resin is purged from the impregnation container and then the oven temperature is increased to a predetermined baking temperature which is maintained for a predetermined baking period. Rotation of the active part is terminated after expiration of the baking period.

Insulating a coil winding of an active part of an electrical machine

Apparatus for determining a position of a movable object in a high pressure chamber includes a housing configured to delimit the high-pressure chamber and a carrier unit having an object-facing stationary end and a flexible region arranged between the stationary end and a region that extends through the housing. The flexible region is formed by a section of a guiding tube in the form of a tube spiral. A detecting unit is received in the carrier unit and includes a sensor for detecting a position of the object and outputting a position signal, and a sensor cable guided out of the high pressure chamber through the guiding tube and through the region for relaying the position signal to an evaluating unit. The sensor is arranged stationary in the high pressure chamber on the stationary end of the carrier unit.

The invention relates to a fluid-cooled active part () for an electric machine (), wherein the active part () is substantially cylindrical or hollow cylindrical, having axially extending grooves (), at least one electrical conductor (), which is arranged in the associated groove () at least in some sections and which is composed of a plurality of partial conductors (), one or more main insulators (), each arranged between the associated conductor () and the associated groove (), and partial-conductor insulators (), each surrounding the associated partial conductor (). The invention further relates to an electric machine (), having such a fluid-cooled active part () designed as a stator () and/or such a fluid-cooled active part () designed as a rotatably mounted rotor (), wherein the electric machine () can be operated with a voltage in the range of at least a few kilovolts, preferably a few tens of kilovolts. Finally, the invention relates to a drive System (), having such an electric machine () and a fluid energy machine () for the fluid, wherein the fluid energy machine () is designed as a compressor, in particular for process gas, or as a pump, in particular for a process liquid. In order to provide, among other things, a high-performance fluid-cooled active part that is compact and, in particular, resistant in the environment of the fluid or of a process fluid, it is proposed, among other things, that the active part () has one or more cooling Channels () for conducting the fluid, in particular a process fluid, wherein each cooling Channel () is arranged between the associated main insulator () and the respective partial-conductor insulators ().

An active part of an electric machine includes at least two teeth, each having a magnetically permeable material and protruding from a lateral surface of the active part in a radial direction. Each tooth has an open recess in a plane spanned by a substantially radial direction and a direction substantially along an axis of rotation. A winding groove is arranged between the two teeth substantially along an axis of rotation of the active part for receiving an electrical winding. Arranged at least partially in the open recess is a thermally conductive element having a thermally conductive material with a thermal conductivity which is greater than a thermal conductivity of the magnetically permeable material.

Cooling of an active part of an electric machine

An interface for transmitting electrical power to a motor of a motor-compressor is provided. The interface may include a receptacle having a first end portion coupled with a stator of the motor and a second end portion defining a hole at least partially extending therethrough. The interface may also include a plug configured to be detachably coupled with the receptacle. The plug may include a rigid, conductive rod having a first end portion configured to be coupled with a penetrator of the motor-compressor, and a second end portion configured to be at least partially disposed in the hole of the receptacle and detachably coupled therewith. The rigid, conductive rod may be configured to electrically couple the penetrator with the receptacle, and the receptacle may be configured to transmit the electrical power to the stator.
