A machine for carrying out at least one operation onto a first article and a second article is disclosed. The machine comprises feeding means for advancing a succession of the first article and the second article along a path and with a first speed; a first operative group, which comprises a first tool configured for carrying out operation onto the first article and which can be operated with a second speed associated to the first speed; gap creating means selectively controllable to create a first gap, which is arranged inside succession and is bounded between the first article and the second article; and a second operative group, which comprises a second tool configured for carrying out operation onto the second article and which can be operated at the second speed.

Machine and method for carrying out one operation on articles

A labelling group for applying at least one label onto a respective article at an application station is disclosed. The labelling group comprises a transfer element, which is adapted to transfer the label along a trajectory which comprises a transfer station, and can be arranged in an operative position, in which the transfer station coincides, in use, with the application station; and a diverting device, which can be selectively arranged in: a first configuration, which allows the transfer element to convey the label along at least part of the trajectory and to release the label at the transfer station; or in a second configuration, which prevents the transfer element either from receiving the label or from releasing the label to the transfer station. The transfer element is movable in at least one rest position, in which the trajectory is spaced from the application station.

Labelling machine and method

A labelling machine for applying a first label and a second label onto a first article and a second article is disclosed. The labelling machine comprises a first conveyor for conveying a succession of the first article and the second article along a path; a first labelling group, which can be selectively arranged in a first operative configuration; and gap creating means adapted to create a first gap, which is arranged inside the succession and is bounded between the first article and the second article. The first labelling group is selectively arrangeable in a first rest configuration. The labelling machine further comprises a second labelling group, which can be selectively moved between a second rest configuration and a second operative configuration, in which the second labelling group transfers, in use, the second label to the second article.

Labelling machine and method with master-slave labelling groups

A gluing system for applying glue on products is disclosed. The gluing system includes a glue applicator configured to deposit melted glue on products, a glue container configured to contain excess melted glue discharged from the applicator and fresh melted glue, a glue delivering unit configured to deliver glue from the container to the applicator and a glue discharging unit configured to convey excess glue not used by the applicator to the container. The container is divided by a partition into a first chamber, containing the fresh melted glue, and into a second chamber containing the excess melted glue and separated from the first chamber. The partition includes a filter allowing flow of the fresh melted glue and the excess melted glue from both the first and second chambers to the delivering unit.

Gluing system for applying glue on bottle labels

There is described a labelling machine for applying labels onto articles, comprising a protective wall; one first labelling group which may move between an operative position in which it applies a plurality of labels onto corresponding articles, and a rest position; wall comprises at least one first opening which is at least partially engaged, in use, by first labelling group when it is set in operative position; first labelling group is arranged completely on a first side of wall as it is arranged in rest position, and is arranged at least partially on a second side, opposite to first side, of wall when it is arranged in operative position; wall comprises at least one first panel which may be moved between a closed position in which it covers opening, and an open position in which it leaves free opening; labelling machine comprises connecting means for connecting first panel to first labelling group at least when first labelling group moves, in use, between rest position and an intermediate position, which is arranged between operative and rest positions; the movement of first labelling group between intermediate position and rest position causing, in use, the movement of first panel between open and closed position.

A protection system () for container treatment machine comprises a support frame () with a base frame () extending in a longitudinal direction parallel to a treatment path of containers and at least one individual support member () connected to the base frame (), at least one individual protection panel (), at least one individual guide means () configured to define a movement path of the individual protection panel () between a closure position and an opening position, at least one auxiliary positioning means () configured to apply an auxiliary force to the individual protection panel (), said auxiliary force acting in the direction of said movement path against the force of gravity of the individual protection panel (), wherein the guide means () movably connect the individual protection panel () to the individual support member () and the auxiliary positioning means () is interposed between the protection panel () and the support member () such as to form at least one individual panel-support-guide-positioning-module () adapted to be connected to said base frame () in an adjustable position along said longitudinal direction thereof.

Protection system for container treatment machines

Modular labeling station suitable for being detachably connectable to a labeling machine in a labeling arrangement. The labeling station comprises a base suitable to lay on a floor at a side distal from the labeling machine and to lay substantially on the labeling machine at a side proximal to the labeling machine itself, and a labeling unit mounted on the base in an adjustable manner. The base lays on the labeling machine at a portion that is structurally independent from the labeling unit.

Modular labeling station

A device () for cutting labels in a labelling machine, including a cutting roller () having at least one blade () co-operating with a fixed counter-blade () able to be operatively associated to the roller for cutting the labels, a mechanical shaft () whereon is keyed said cutting roller (), a frame () to support said mechanical shaft () and a heat exchanger circuit containing an operating fluid. Precisely, a first portion () of said circuit is constructed on said support frame () and a second portion () of said exchanger circuit is constructed on said mechanical shaft (), said exchanger circuit thermally interacting with said frame () and with said cutting roller (). The device further includes an impeller for generating a flow of said operating fluid within the heat exchanger circuit, said impeller for generating a flow of said operating fluid being connected to the mechanical shaft () and being operatively inserted in said heat exchanger circuit.

Device for cutting labels in a labelling machine

An apparatus () for conveying containers () with non circular cross section comprises at least two linear input conveyors () through which at least two distinct conveyance flows reach the apparatus and a plurality of star conveyors () for receiving the containers () from the linear input conveyors () and release them in output on a single conveyor (), with a single output flow. The apparatus comprises at least an oscillating blade () and/or a fixed guide () in order to guide the containers (), at an area where multiple flows merge into a single conveyance flow, such as to assure a correct conveyance and orientation of the containers towards the single flow.
