A diaphragm pressure reducer has internally a shutter regulating the fluid passage between an inlet and an outlet; the shutter is pushed to open by a spring which is contrasted by an elastic diaphragm on which the fluid pressure acts to push the shutter to close; the diaphragm is placed between a first chamber in which the pressurized fluid is present that acts on the diaphragm and a second chamber communicating with the outside through an air vent passage; at the air vent passage an elastically deformable element is arranged that normally allows air to flow in the air vent passage, but in the event of rupture of the diaphragm through the thrust of the water pressure is deformed and moves so as to shut the aforesaid air vent passage and prevent water exiting the diaphragm pressure reducer.

An antifreeze valve unit has a valve body provided with at least one opening for the delivery of a fluid used in an air conditioning plant; this unit has a first thermostatic valve, fitted at a drain outlet to drain the fluid in function of the fluid temperature, and a second thermostatic valve fitted at the drain outlet to enable or prevent the drain of the fluid in function of the external environment temperature. This antifreeze valve unit operates reliably in any temperature condition of the inner fluid and of the external environment temperature, and enables the plant to be drained only if a real possibility of fluid freezing occurs.

A thermostatic mixing valve includes a first cold water inlet, a first cold water outlet, a second hot water inlet, a second mixed cold/hot water outlet, a thermostatic member and a shutter operated by the thermostatic member to ensure that the mixed water is kept at a predetermined temperature. A hollow insert is provided along the first cold water inlet and includes longitudinal fins on the outer wall thereof to obtain two separate coaxial passages, for sending the cold water both directly to the first cold water outlet and to the area for mixing it with the hot water through the shutter to supply the mixed water to the second hot water outlet.

A mixer valve device, in particular for mixing hot and cold water, has a movable shutter that adjusts the flow of hot water and of cold water into a mixing chamber so as to have in the outlet mixed hot/cold water at a given preset temperature; the device combines a gearmotor and a thermostat; during the step of setting the device the gearmotor moves the shutter to the position substantially corresponding to the required temperature of the mixed water; the thermostat maintains the required temperature within a preset tolerance by moving the shutter correspondingly. A mixer valve device is thus made that has reduced mechanical wear and low electric consumption and is safe and reliable.

Fluid distribution equipment

A backflow preventer for water distribution installations includes a body having an inlet conduit arranged along an inlet axis, an outlet conduit arranged along an outlet axis, and a discharge conduit arranged along a discharge axis of the body. The backflow preventer is provided with check valves that prevent a backflow of fluid from the outlet to the inlet in the event of low pressure upstream of the backflow preventer and/or high pressure downstream of the backflow preventer. The backflow preventer further includes a discharge valve arranged along the discharge axis of the body of the backflow preventer for discharging fluid in the low and/or high pressure conditions. A discharge pipe is connected to the discharge valve to discharge the fluid outside the backflow preventer along an end discharging axis of the fluid outside the backflow preventer. Coupling elements are provided to adapt the backflow preventer to various applications for varying the angular position of the discharge pipe with respect to the body of the backflow preventer.

A magnetic particle separator () suitable for separating magnetic and non-magnetic particles from a thermal fluid flowing in a heating system. The magnetic particle separator () comprises a hollow body (A,B) configured with an upper particle separation chamber () and for circulation of the thermal fluid between an inlet and an outlet port (), and a quieting chamber () beneath the particle separation chamber () for accumulation of the particles separated from the fluid: an annular support element () for permanent magnets () being removably fastened outside the quieting chamber () of the separator ().

An antifreezing valve device for hydraulic and/or water storage systems includes a valve body having a water inlet and outlet which open into a chamber housing a linear thermostatic actuator, and a closing member operatively connected to the thermostatic actuator to be moved from a closed position for closing a sealing seat for ambient temperatures equivalent to or higher than a preset value, to an open position for discharging water from a system for lower ambient temperatures; the closing member is conformed with a cup-shaped support element sealingly slidable along the cylindrical body of the actuator, in order to define with this a closed chamber into which extends the actuator control rod. The device also includes first and second biasing spring members acting at opposite ends of the housing chamber on the closing member, respectively on the linear actuator, and guide element for sliding of the linear actuator and of the closing member.

Thermostatic control device for controlling valves provided with an axially movable stem, includes a base body, an electrically operated thermostatic actuator, and intermediate connecting elements between the thermostatic actuator and the stem of the valve; the device also includes a cap assembly, having a cylindrical portion secured to the base body, and a control knob, movably supported by the cylindrical portion, the knob being operatively connected to the stem of the valve. The cylindrical portion and the knob have cam elements conformed to cause an axial movement of the knob by its manual rotation; the device also includes disengageable retaining elements for retaining the knob in an open position of the valve, and torsional spring elements for automatically returning the control knob to a closed position of the valve upon disengagement of the retaining elements from the knob.

An automatic flow rate control valve, includes a tubular body, defining a flow path between inlet apertures having a gradually variable cross-sectional area and a fluid outlet at one end; a flow control piston is axially movable within the tubular body, under opposite actions of the fluid pressure and a biasing spring, to choke the fluid inlet apertures, while maintaining a constant flow rate. The control piston is in the form of a first cup-shaped element sliding on a second cup-shaped element to define a hydraulic damping chamber, communicating with the flow path.
