A cable connector is provided which includes an insulating body including a frame which defines a region therein; a plurality of electrical terminals fixed to the insulating body and extended into the region; and a plurality of cables electrically connected to the electrical terminals respectively in the region. The region is filled with an insulator to embed the electrical terminals and the cables. The cable connector has a relatively high reliability.

A voltage regulating device for an electric motor has programmable control and regulation circuits carried by a circuit board mounted in a sealed support casing. The circuits have at least one programming terminal which is accessible from outside the support casing to enable programming of the circuits without opening the support casing.

A voltage controller has an electrically insulating supporting structure provided with a plurality of electrical connecting terminals. At least one of the terminals has a flexible blade of elongate shape which protrudes inside the structure where a distal end portion of the blade is connected to a circuit housed therein. The supporting structure has a protective formation with at least one strip which has a shape corresponding to that of the blade and which extends in superimposition on this blade.

Voltage controller for an electric cooling fan

An electronic control unit for a motor of an electric fan, has a support casing including a metal body adapted to act as a heat dissipator, a shell of an electrically insulating material coupled with the metal body, and a circuit board, mounted in contact with the dissipator body. The circuit board has a conductive connection member in the form of a flexible metal blade, electrically connected to the dissipator body, to provide an earth connection for the circuit board. The blade has a portion that projects beyond the edge of the board. The insulating shell has an internal formation which, upon coupling the shell with the dissipator body, interacts with the projecting portion of the blade, deforming it so as to bring it and thereafter maintain it in contact with the dissipator body in a resiliently loaded manner.

Electronic control unit for the motor of an electric fan

An electronic control unit, has a casing accommodating a printed circuit board. The casing has a molded plastic intermediate structure having a frame. Two electrically conductive members are partially embedded in the intermediate structure during the course of molding and are connected to the printed circuit board forming output terminals of the control unit. Two flexible conductors, provided with corresponding electrically insulating coverings, connect the control unit to an apparatus to be controlled. Each conductor has an end permanently connected to a respective one of the conductive members and the connection between the conductors and the conductive members are covered and sealed in a fluid-tight way by an electrically insulating material.
