A protection device for a sealing ring and associated sealing system for a vehicle transmission component includes a plug which can be joined by means of a bayonet coupling together with an annular element configured to fit coaxially within the sealing ring in order to protect it during the insertion of a rotating shaft inside the sealing ring. The plug is provided with a cup portion which can be coupled in a fluid-tight manner inside a sleeve portion of the annular element by end sections of the sleeve and cup portions, the end sections being delimited by facing conical surfaces having different angles and are coupled together by an interference fit.

A sealing unit for a stem of a mono-tube shock absorber includes a first seal having a sealing ring providing an annular sealing lip that projects in a radially and axially inner direction to slidingly cooperate with the stem and ensure a sealing action with respect to pressurized working fluid inside the mono-tube shock absorber; a second seal with a sealing ring having an annular sealing lip, which projects protruding in a radially and axially external direction to slidingly cooperate, with the stem and ensure a sealing action with respect to the outside of the mono-tube shock absorber; a reinforcing ring snapped into an annular seat of the sealing ring. The reinforcing ring is arranged axially locked between the lip and a bottom wall of the second sealing lip; the first and second seals are two physically distinct and separate elements assembled separately inside a body of the shock absorber.

Annular sealing unit for guiding a mono-tube shock absorber

An integrated protection component for a sealing ring and associated sealing system for a vehicle transmission component, including a plug that can be inserted inside the sealing ring and an annular element for protecting the sealing ring during insertion of a rotating shaft is provided. The annular element includes a flange-shaped end and a tubular side wall that directly comes into engaging contact with the sealing ring and receives inside it the rotating shaft. The first end being provided with a handle, the plug engaging in a removable manner with the annular element and the tubular side wall being provided with a first weakened zone formed longitudinally alongside a second, radially formed, weakened zone of the first end so as to break following a pulling force exerted manually on the handle.

Integrated protection component for a sealing ring, in particular an oil seal ring for vehicle transmission components and associated sealing system

A sealing unit for a fork tube provided with a lining and a stem disposed slidably inside the lining through an inlet opening. The sealing unit being mounted in the inlet opening to be slidably engaged by the stem and provided with an annular stiffening insert and a flexible annular body provided with two dust-cover lips arranged in sliding contact with the stem, and with a cylindrical static sealing element forcibly and elastically locked inside the inlet opening. The cylindrical static sealing element being radially delimited outwardly by a cylindrical assembly surface having a respective axis (X) of symmetry, which is eccentric with respect to the axis (Y) of symmetry of the first dust-cover lip to ensure a uniform sliding contact of at least the first dust-cover lip on the stem.

Sealing unit for fork tubes of bicycles or motorcycles

A sealing assembly insertable between a rod and a guiding bush of a shock absorber to form a sealing and guiding unit for the rod is provided. The assembly includes an elastomeric ring having a first and a second annular lip which extend axially and radially overhanging; and a reinforcing ring integrally coupled to the elastomeric ring, radially on the side of the first and of the second sealing lip. The reinforcing ring is integrally coupled in one piece with the elastomeric ring, on the exterior of the elastomeric ring and on the side of a lateral surface thereof facing towards the lips, the reinforcing ring coupling in sliding manner with the rod to serve as guide therefor. The sealing ring coupling by interference with the guiding bush.
