Disclosed is a pin lifting device which includes a housing extending along an adjustment axis, a housing end at a first end region of the housing and has a housing opening, a drive part arranged at a second end region of the housing, an adjusting device having a part which can move in the housing in the direction of the adjustment axis, a guide section for the adjusting device formed on the inside of the housing between a first stop at the frontal housing end and a second stop remote therefrom, a tight connecting device formed inside the housing between the frontal housing end and the adjusting device, and a connecting channel extending from the first stop to the second stop at the guide section. A contiguous second inner region leads to minimal changes in the volume of the second inner region even during movements of the movable part.

Pin lifting device

A pin lifting device is disclosed and configured for moving and positioning a substrate to be processed in an atmosphere region provided by a vacuum process chamber. The pin lifting device includes a coupling part having a coupling adapted to receive a support pin adapted to contact and support the substrate, and a drive part having a drive unit adapted to cooperate with the coupling by means of an adjusting member such that the coupling is controllably adjustable from a lowered normal position to an extended support position and back. The pin lifting device also has an insulating component located between the drive part and the coupling part and providing complete galvanic isolation between the drive part and the coupling part.

Electrically isolated pin-lifter

A transport structure for accommodating a plurality of vials for pharmaceutical, medical or cosmetic use under non-sterile conditions is formed by an accommodation member and by a bearing member releasably connected thereto. The accommodation member comprises a plurality of frustro-conical receptacles in a regular arrangement so that the vials can be accommodated upright and while preventing a direct contact between adjacent vials in the receptacles of the accommodation member. The transport structure comprises latching structures for releasable latching of the accommodation member with the bearing member. According to the disclosure, the receptacles are matched to the height of the vials in such a manner that the vials can be completely accommodated therein, wherein the bearing member is formed by a base plate having a flat supporting surface facing the receptacles, so that the vials can be freely displaced on the supporting surface of the base plate after releasing the latching and can be pushed from the bearing member by displacement of the accommodation member relative to the bearing member. The accommodation member and/or the bearing member can be formed in one piece by thermoforming a plastic material, in particular by deep-drawing a thin film or a thin film plate.

Wafer transfer unit and wafer transfer system

A positioning device, in particular a wafer transportation container positioning device, for positioning a wafer transportation container in a loading and/or unloading position of a loading and/or unloading station which is configured at least for loading and/or unloading wafers from the wafer transportation container. The positioning device, in particular the wafer transportation container positioning device, comprises a positioning mechanism which is configured for contactless positioning of the wafer transportation container in a coupling process between the wafer transportation container and the loading and/or unloading station.
