A test device () for testing screwing devices, comprising a shaft () with an end () for connection to a screwing device and an opposite end () for connection to a joint to be screwed. The device () further comprises a first transducer () for detecting the rotation angle of the shaft () and a second transducer () for detecting the torque transmitted by the shaft () between the two ends (). The device () further comprises a control unit (), an NFC communication module (), a memory (), and means () for communication with the outside. The control unit stores in the memory () an identification code received from the NFC communication module () and associates it in the memory () with test data obtained from the first and second transducers (). Then the communication means () send to the outside data obtained from the contents of the memory (). A method for testing and managing the tests and a system which comprises in addition to the test device () also at least one NFC tag () are also described.

Device, system and method for testing screwing devices

An electronic torque wrench system comprises a plurality of wrenches () which communicate with NFC (Near Field Communication) units () connected to a unit () for managing the plurality of wrenches. The wrench () and the external NFC unit () each comprise an NFC module () for data exchange between wrench and external unit when the wrench is moved close to the external unit. A recharging base, a system and a method for managing the wrenches are also described.

System and method for managing data-exchange torque wrenches

A test bench for screwdrivers comprises a hydraulic brake unit () provided with a coupling () for a screwdriver to be tested and angle and torque measurement transducers (). The brake unit () comprises a disk () axially connected to the coupling () so as to be rotated by a screwdriver to be tested, and braking plates () pushed in a controllable manner with their braking surfaces () against the disk () by means of a plurality of pistons () supplied with fluid by an electrovalve (). The pistons () of the plurality can be selectively activated under the control of the control unit () so as to select a maximum braking torque of the brake. The control may be performed by means a PID controller () which receives an electrovalve control signal () from a control unit () so as to follow braking curves depending on the angle of rotation and/or torque measured and has parameters which can be set using different sets of parameters. A method for controlling the bench is also described.
