A device for the fluidized bed cracking of a hydrocarbon charge using two reaction chambers linked together by a cooling particles transferrer, a fractionating column and conduits to supply the hydrocarbonated effluents from each of the two chambers to the fractionating column. The fractionating column has, internally, at least two different areas: a first partitioned fractionating area in the form of two compartments, each of which communicates with a second common fractionating area. The conduits for the supply of effluents from the first and the second reaction chamber terminate, respectively, in the first and second compartment of the partitioned fractionating area. A recycler and an injector are provided for recycling and injecting into one of the reaction chambers of at least one cut drawn off from the partitioned fractionating compartment of the effluents of the other reaction chamber.

Device for cracking of hydrocarbons using two successive reaction chambers

A process for hydrotreating a hydrocarbon feedstock () involving the use of at least one hydrotreatment, particularly hydrodesulfurization, reactor () and a fractionation unit (), which latter contains two distinct injection zones () for the hydrocarbon feedstocks, a common zone () of vaporization of the light fractions and two distinct draw-off lines () for the liquid bottoms; the hydrocarbon feedstock () being subjected to a preliminary treatment either in a first hydrodesulfurization reactor () the operating conditions of which (P, T, LHSV) may be different from those of the hydrotreatment reactor (), or in a sweetening apparatus or else in a sulfur trap, the hydrocarbon feedstock being then injected into the first injection zone () of the fractionation unit (), the liquid bottoms being removed through the draw-off line () of the injection zone () and passed into a hydrotreatment reactor (), the effluents from said reactor () being injected into a second injection zone () of the fractionation unit (), the light fractions leave the common zone () through an evacuation line (), and the heavy liquid bottoms of the second injection zone () being removed through the corresponding draw-off line (). Process for hydrotreating a hydrocarbon feedstock and apparatus for carrying out same

A process for cracking, in a fluidized bed, a hydrocarbon charge wherein the cooling particles, which may optionally also be catalytic particles, circulate in two successive reaction chambers ( ), in each of which they are brought into contact with at least one cut of hydrocarbons, and the reaction effluents from each of the chambers are directed towards one and the same fractionating unit. The effluents from each of the reaction chambers ( ) are fractionated in part separately in one and the same partially partitioned fractionating unit, and at least one cut ( ) obtained by separately fractionating the effluents from one of the two reaction chambers ( ) is, as a whole or in part, reinjected into the other chamber.
