The invention relates to a new modified polyacrylate comprising fluorinated oxetane (FOX) polymer units functionalized with an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid and siloxane units and to its use as slip- and leveling agent and anti-cratering agent for a variety of applications. Thus, the invention relates to a slip- and leveling agent characterized in that it comprises a copolymer which is obtained by copolymerizing A at least one unit of a fluorinated oxetane polymer functionalized with an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid; B at least one terminal reactive polysiloxane unit; C at least one alkyl(meth)acrylate unit or cycloalkyl(meth)acrylate unit and/or (meth)acrylic acid and/or other units originating from vinylic compounds that can form radicals.

Slip-and leveling agent

The invention relates to a dispersing agent comprising: the reaction product of A one or more polyisocyanates having an average functionality of from 2.0 to 5, with B a mixture from B1 monohydroxyl compounds, and B2 monohydroxy-, monocarboxylic acid compounds to form an intermediate, followed by reacting the intermediate with C an unsaturated monohydroxy functional anchoring group.

Process for the preparation of a diasteromerically enriched phenylglycine amide derivative in which an enantiomerically enriched phenylglycine amide is converted into the corresponding Schiff base with the aid of compound R &mdash;C(O)&mdash;R , and the Schiff base obtained is subsequently converted into the diastereomerically enriched phenyglycine amide derivative with the aid of a cyanide source, a reducing agent or an allyl organometallic compound. The phenylglycine amide derivatives obtained are interesting starting materials for the preparation of for example enantiomerically enriched &agr;- and or &bgr;-amino acids and derivatives thereof, such as amides and esters, and amines.
