The invention relates to a light pulse sensor () with direct injection feedback which comprises a matrix of photosensors, each photosensor comprising a transducer () and an integrator () comprising an MOSFET injection transistor () mounted as a common gate, a feedback amplifier, an integration capacitor (). The feedback amplifier is a cascode inverting differential amplifier (') placed between the input of the injection transistor () and the gate of this transistor, and, for each photosensor, a demultiplexing circuit () is inserted between the transducer () and the integrator (), capable of connecting successively the transducer () on the input of the inverting amplifier (&#x2032;) then on the input of the injection transistor ().
