A valve of a piston pump, in particular for a hydraulic vehicle brake system, includes a closing body configured to be moved in an axially guided manner against a sealing seat. The closing body is formed in two pieces, which include a damping piston and a closing element inserted in the damping piston.

A method is used to produce a piston pump having a housing and a piston subassembly. The piston subassembly is displaceably guided in the housing and has a first, rod-like piston element and a second, sleeve-like piston element. The second piston element is connected to the first piston element via a press fit. At least one transverse bore and a longitudinal bore are arranged in the second piston element. A stop edge for the housing is arranged on the second piston element. The piston subassembly also has an inlet valve, which includes a receiving element, in which an inlet valve spring and an inlet valve sealing element are arranged. The piston subassembly also has a corresponding inlet valve seat, which is arranged on the second piston element. While the second piston element is being machined, the press fit and the longitudinal bore are produced and/or finished in one step.

Method for producing a piston pump

An arrangement for throttling a fluid flow includes a throttle element arranged so as to influence a flow cross section in a fluid duct. The throttle element has a resiliently elastic disc-shaped basic body which is arranged with a top side and a bottom side between at least two supports in the fluid duct. The body is arranged in such a way that the flow cross section can be variably adjusted as a function of a pressure difference between the top side and the bottom side of the resiliently elastic disc-shaped basic body. At least one support bears against the top side of the resiliently elastic disc-shaped basic body, and at least one support bears against the bottom side of the resiliently elastic disc-shaped basic body.

A piston pump includes a piston assembly which has at least one transverse bore which corresponds to a longitudinal bore. The restoring spring is designed as a simple cylindrical spiral spring which is supported axially with an upper end winding against the cage element and with a lower end winding against a cylinder base. The cage element has an elastic high-pressure sealing element which, in the direction of a cylinder wall, has a radial support region for holding and centering the upper end winding of the restoring spring. In order to guide the restoring spring, the cylinder has, at the transition between the cylinder wall and the cylinder base, a cylinder base corner radius which is adapted to the lower end winding.

A piston pump includes a piston assembly having at least one cross bore and a longitudinal bore corresponding to the at least one transverse bore, a cylinder, into which the piston assembly is guided in a longitudinally movable manner, and an inlet valve with a cage element, in which an inlet valve spring and an inlet valve sealing element are disposed, and a corresponding inlet valve seat, which is disposed on the piston assembly. Fluid flows through the longitudinal bore into a compression chamber via the inlet valve. A return spring is disposed in the compression chamber. The inlet valve sealing element can be pressed sealingly into the corresponding inlet valve seat by means of a restoring spring in order to close off the longitudinal bore. The second piston element is configured as a sleeve made of a wear-resistant material, which accommodates axially acting power components. The inlet valve seat is disposed on a bending edge of the second piston element configured as a sleeve. The at least one transverse bore corresponding to the longitudinal bore is placed in the second piston element. The invention further relates to an associated braking system.

A vehicle seat arrangement includes a seat body that includes a seat and a seat back at a rear of the seat. The vehicle seat arrangement also includes displaceable seat components which produce a lateral bracing as a function of accelerations in the direction of a transverse vehicle axis. The displaceable seat components are at least partly extendable in a necessitating situation. In a retracted state, the displaceable seat component is situated entirely within the seat back. In an actuated state, the displaceable seat component extends forward from an interior of the seat back, thereby forming an interior sidewall of the seat.

The invention relates to a pump element for installation in a pump bore of a hydraulic block, which includes a pump plunger, a restoring spring for the pump plunger, and an inlet valve having an inlet valve cover, in which a closing spring and a closing body are arranged. According to the invention, the inlet valve cover has a high pressure sealing section, which rests against the valve seat element in the axial direction with spring force support provided by the restoring spring. The valve seat element is positively connected to the pump plunger at least before installation of the pump element in the pump bore.
