Converter for sanitary outlet valves

A valve arrangement having a main valve and having a pilot valve which is provided for controlling the main valve and which is inserted into a pilot valve receptacle in an insertion direction, wherein, through closure of the pilot valve, a pressure is able to be built up within a pressure chamber which is closed off by a diaphragm, whereby a valve seat between a main valve inlet and a main valve outlet is able to be closed off. By opening the pilot valve, it is possible to set a release of pressure within the pressure chamber by water flowing away via an inflow, connected to the pressure chamber, of the pilot valve receptacle and via a pilot valve inlet, adjoining the latter and formed by a main body of the pilot valve. A pilot valve outlet, formed by the main body, and via an outflow, adjoining said pilot valve outlet, into the main valve outlet, opens into the main valve outlet on the outflow side of the diaphragm. The pilot valve inlet and the pilot valve outlet are arranged offset from one another along a longitudinal axis of the pilot valve.

Valve arrangement

A sanitary valve () for use in a fitting (), including a valve housing (), a main valve () which has a movable diaphragm (), and a pilot valve (), by which the main valve () can be actuated. The position of the diaphragm () can be specified by the position of a valve tappet () of the pilot valve (), and a tube securing element () which is paired with an inlet opening () of the valve housing () is formed on the valve housing () and/or a mouthpiece securing element () or a jet regulator securing element which is paired with an outlet opening () of the valve housing () is formed on the valve housing () and/or the sanitary valve () has a clamping device (), by which the valve housing () and an adjustment device part () can be rigidly connected together or are rigidly connected together.

In a valve actuating device (), a bi-stable mechanism (), by which an auxiliary valve () of a pressure-actuatable main valve () can be controlled, is set up in such a way that at least one stop point for an open position of the main valve () can be adjusted by a rotational movement of a valve element () in order to adjust a manual operating element () for the auxiliary valve ().

A sanitary insertion unit (), including an insertion housing (), in which insertion housing a valve having a valve piston () is provided, which valve piston is slidably guided in the insertion housing and can be moved from a resting position under the pressure of the inflowing water against the restoring force of at least one restoring element (). The restoring unit has at least one movement damper (), which damps or brakes the movement of the valve piston from the resting position to the open position.
