A chiclet for a chiclet connector includes a conductor having a first end and a second end. A housing of the chiclet encloses and defines a housing interior. The conductor extends through the housing interior with the first and second ends of the conductor forming contacts projecting from the housing. The housing forms an electromagnetic shield electrically insulated from the conductor. A support of the chiclet corresponds in shape to the housing interior and is connected to the conductor for fixing the conductor within the housing.

Chiclets for a chiclet connector

A contact device includes a first coaxial contact unit and a first contact housing connected to the first coaxial contact unit. The first coaxial contact unit has a first inner contact and a first outer contact, the first outer contact is arranged spaced apart from and coaxial with the first inner contact. The first coaxial contact unit electrically connects to a second coaxial contact unit of a further contact device. The first contact housing has a first encoding unit with a first riveting device having a first head section and a first shaft section connected to the first head section. The first shaft section engages a first receptacle of a second contact housing of the further contact device and positions the first contact housing relative to the second contact housing. The first head section protrudes laterally over the first shaft section.

Contact device, contact system having such a contact device and method for producing such a contact system

A contact device includes a first contact housing extending along a longitudinal axis and a shielding-spring unit electrically and mechanically connected to the first contact housing. The shielding-spring unit contacts an electrically conductive housing of a system. The shielding-spring unit has a first shielding spring and a second shielding spring arranged in a rotated manner relative to the first shielding spring in a circumferential direction around the longitudinal axis. The first shielding spring and the second shielding spring engage one another and lie against one another in an axial direction.

Contact device and system

An electrical connector that includes a connector housing and a contact housing. The connector housing has a contact receiving space with a front opening and a rear opening and a sealing rib extending into the contact receiving space. The contact housing is disposed in the contact receiving space and abuts the sealing rib. An intermediate space, between the contact housing and the connector housing has a front portion and a rear portion being delimited by the sealing rib. An intermediate component is disposed in the rear portion of the intermediate space.

Electrical connector

An electronic interface is provided and includes a shield having a first shield element, a second shield element, and a connection section. The second shield element is spaced apart from the first shield element along a length of the shield and has a width different than a width of the first shield element. The connection section electrically connects the first shield element and the second shield element.
