The invention relates to a carrier ring for a high-pressure gas turbine of a gas turbine plant, which has a high-pressure combustion chamber upstream of the high-pressure gas turbine, a compressor upstream of the high-pressure combustion chamber, a low-pressure combustion chamber downstream of the high-pressure gas turbine, a low-pressure gas turbine downstream of the low-pressure combustion chamber, and a rotor that carries rotor blades for the compressor, for the high-pressure gas turbine, and for the low-pressure gas turbine. The carrier ring carries guide blades and/or heat shields of the high-pressure gas turbine and can be fastened to the high-pressure combustion chamber. The installation of the carrier ring can be simplified by segmenting the carrier ring at least in the area of the guide blades thereof and/or of the heat shields thereof in the circumferential direction, wherein the segmented carrier ring has at least two ring segments that carry the guide blades and/or the heat shields.

A method for barring a rotor of a thermally loaded turbomachine includes stopping normal operation of the turbomachine; providing a barring device for rotating the rotor about a machine axis; coupling the barring device to the rotor; letting the rotor cool down during cool down of the rotor rotating the rotor by means of the barring device. A damage of the machine due to thermally induced buckling during the barring process is avoided by consecutively determining the force or torque applied to the rotor by the barring device for rotating the rotor and/or the circumferential speed of the rotor during barring. The rotation of the rotor is controlled by means of the barring device in dependence of the determined force or torque and/or circumferential speed in order to reduce a bending or imbalance of the rotor, which is due to a nonuniform temperature distribution on the rotor during cool down.

The invention provides a fixation device for a turbine, including a flange mounted on a housing of the turbine and a nut assembly received in the flange to apply fixation to an component inside the housing. The flange is fixed to the housing by a plurality of first bolts and comprises a central threaded hole. The nut assembly comprises a nut body with a first hole formed along the central axis of the nut body and a plurality of second holes formed around the central axis, and a plurality of second bolts received in the respective second holes. The nut body is formed with thread on its outer circumferential surface and fitted within the central threaded hole of the flange. The second bolts are screwed in the second holes to apply fixation against the component inside the housing of the turbine. The nut assembly further comprises a plurality of sleeves received in the respective second holes, and the plurality of second bolts are received in the respective sleeves. The fixation device in the present invention is able to apply for small and restricted space condition, which makes it possible to position the device very close to the split plane of the turbine. Further, the whole structure of the fixation device is simple with lightweight and easy to assemble with standard tools.

An exemplary pullable drawer is arranged for removably protruding in a radial direction into an outer housing of a turbine, in order to make mechanical contact with an inner carrier being concentrically arranged within the outer housing. The pullable drawer has an essentially cylindrical body, which extends along a longitudinal drawer axis. A mechanical decoupling is provided, as the pullable drawer is divided along the longitudinal drawer axis into at least separate first and second parts. The first and second parts are coupled with each other by means of a releasable mechanical joint.

A casing body for a hot gas flow includes an outer casing body having a hot gas side with a precisely prepared locating surface. A pin-type retainer is disposed on the locating surface, and an inner heat shield is disposed at a distance from the hot gas side of the outer casing body and fastened to the retainer.

The invention refers to a rotary flow machine having a rotor unit, rotating about a rotational axis, around which in at least one partial axial area a stationary inner housing (IH) is provided at a radial distance. The stationary inner housing (IH) can be divided up along the rotational axis in an upper and a lower inner housing half which adjoin each other along a horizontal split plane. The inner housing (IH) is surrounded in at least one axial section by an outer housing (OH) which can be divided up along the rotational axis in one upper and one lower outer housing half. Further a method for disassembling of a rotary flow machine is disclosed. The lower inner housing half provides support means which support the inner lower housing half on the lower outer housing half. The support means are detachably mounted at the lower inner housing half at least at two opposite support positions (P, P) relative to the rotational axis along the split plane.

A wall structure is provided with noise damping insulation properties, for an air intake manifold of a gas turbine. The wall structure includes a first structure for mechanically supporting an outer sheet, which separates the spaces on both sides of the wall in an airtight manner, and further includes a second structure for establishing noise damping insulation between the spaces on both sides of the wall. A gas duct for a gas turbine through which exhaust gases from the gas turbine are discharged to an outside includes a concentric inner casing and an outer casing disposed at a distance from the inner casing and concentrically encompassing the inner casing. A plurality of radial support struts interconnect the inner casing and the outer casing. Each of the support struts, the inner casing and the outer casing each have a heat-resistant lining disposed so as to provide protection against heat from the exhaust gases. The heat-resistant the linings of each of the support struts, the inner casing and the outer casing are divided in each case into a plurality of separate segments that are fastened to a support structure in an arrangement that provides an individual entirely or almost stress-free thermal expansion of each of the plurality of separate segments in an expansion plane.

A method is provided for adjusting the position of a rotor of a turbine. The turbine includes a first casing and a second casing. The second casing, in a bearing region of the rotor, has a fixed relative position, with regard to a rotor end, and is screwed to the first casing via a threaded connection. The method includes releasing the threaded connection; adjusting the relative position of the rotor to the first casing, which encloses the rotor in the flow region, by the relative position of the second casing to the first casing being adjusted; and refastening the threaded connection. Furthermore, a gas turbine or a steam turbine with such a device for adjusting the relative position of rotor and casing is also described.

The disclosure refers to a method and apparatus for checking the bearing alignment of a rotor of a gas turbine or steam turbine having a rotor with a radial offset and a radial offset surface and in a bearing shell, which supports the rotor, with a radial, at least in sections, end surface, wherein the radial offset surface and the radial end surface face the free end of the rotor. The radial offset is arranged in the bearing shell and offset towards the free end of the rotor. The degree of offset in the axial direction with regard to the rotor is measured at least two different circumferential positions around the rotor periphery in order to determine the alignment of the rotor. Differences in the degree of offset at different circumferential positions are used as measurement for the bearing alignment.
