An electromechanical brake pressure generator for a hydraulic braking system of a vehicle. The brake pressure generator has a spindle drive unit for converting an input-drive-side rotational motion into a translational motion for piston actuation of a hydraulic piston/cylinder unit. A multi-stage gear linkage is disposed between the spindle drive unit and an electric drive motor. The gear linkage encompasses a planetary gearset unit driven by a motor pinion constituting a sun gear, the output-drive-side ring gear of which unit drives the spindle drive unit. A motor shaft of the electric drive motor extends in adjacently parallel fashion next to a spindle drive shaft of the spindle drive unit.

A motor assembly includes a rotor and a sensor arrangement. The sensor arrangement has a sensor and a target. The target is applied to a surface of the rotor and the sensor is mounted on a bearing shield of the motor opposite the target.

An electric motor-operated drive unit, in particular for a brake actuator of a motor vehicle, includes a rotor shaft rotatably mounted in a housing; and a rotor position sensor that includes a transmitter wheel arranged on the rotor shaft in a rotatably fixed manner and a sensor fixed to the housing and assigned to the transmitter wheel, where a front face of the transmitter wheel is positioned opposite, and with an axial clearance to, a housing wall section of the housing. An electrohydraulic power pressure generator for a vehicle braking system which includes an electric motor, a planetary gear, a screw drive, and a piston cylinder unit. To prevent the brake fluid from entering the electric motor, there is a drive shaft between the electric motor and the planetary gear which is rotatably fixedly connected to a motor shaft via a slot coupling and which is sealed by a radial shaft sealing ring.

Pump assembly for a hydraulic vehicle braking system

A pressure generator for a hydraulic vehicle brake system includes a piston-cylinder unit, a piston, a ball screw drive configured to move the piston, an electric hollow-shaft motor that surrounds and is configured to drive the ball screw drive, and a planetary gear set configured to transmit a rotational movement of the hollow-shaft motor to the ball screw drive. The generator also includes a flange part, a sleeve, and an axial needle-roller bearing. The flange part has a tubular collar configured to axially guide the piston in a movable fashion therein. The sleeve has a flange configured as a counterbearing which is attached to an interior of the tubular collar, and is further configured to support the bearing. The bearing is configured to rotatably mount and axially support the ball screw drive.

Pressure generator for a hydraulic vehicle brake system

An electric motor includes an armature shaft which is mounted in at least one floating bearing. The floating bearing comprises a bearing inner ring, which is positioned on the armature shaft, a bearing outer ring, which is received in a bearing seat, and a fluid pump for a vehicle fluid system having the electric motor. Lubricant disposed between the armature shaft and the bearing inner ring forms a hydrodynamic lubricant film and generates a constant relative movement between the armature shaft and the bearing inner ring.

A multipiston pump including a plurality of piston pumps hydraulically combined into at least two pump units are coupled on the intake side, but supply two separate hydraulic circuits of a vehicle brake system with pressure fluid. To reduce brake pedal pulsation the piston pumps are driven in phase-offset fashion. An eccentric unit comprising two spaced-apart cams rotated counter to one another, with the individual piston pumps being located in a number of sectional planes through the pump housing corresponding to the number of cams and locate the connecting conduits for hydraulically coupling the pump units are located in a region of the pump housing defined by the sectional planes.

Multipiston pump

A method and a device for measuring the speed of a pulse-activated electric motor are described. According to this method, the motor is fully activated at time intervals to be determined for a defined measuring time by the circuit element provided for timing and, in this time, the frequency of the current ripples, which is proportional to the motor speed, is measured. A current-proportional voltage measuring device is located on the circuit element, on whose load side are located an amplifier, filters, and an evaluation circuit in the form of a comparator for determining the frequency of the current ripples flowing in a measured phase during which the motor is fully activated.
