The invention relates to a method for determining at least one ophthalmological parameter of a subject, consisting of the subject's semi-pupillary distances, comprising observing the subject's two eyes using an eye tracking device () borne by the subject and determining the aforementioned parameter at least from this observation.

Method for determining an ophthalmological parameter

Disclosed is an electronic device including a receiver of a piece of information sent by a gaze tracking device, which includes a marker forming a visual identification pattern, carried by a user moving in a real environment. In certain aspects, the received piece of information provides information about the direction of the user's gaze in a plane of reference of the gaze tracking device. At least one camera for acquiring an image of the marker, a memory for storing a digital representation of the environment in a plane of reference specific to the environment, and a processor configured so as, based on the piece of information of the image and the digital representation stored in the memory, to determine, in real-time, the direction of the user's gaze relative to the environment and/or the zone of the environment gazed at by the user may be provided herein.

Method of interaction by gaze and associated device

The present invention relates to a method for determining the direction in which a user is looking, which includes acquiring images of the eye, in particular by means of an optical sensor, the method including: a) a first processing of the images, yielding information on the orientation of the eye according to the observation of an area of the eye in which the aspect varies with the rotation of the eye; and b) a second processing of the images, yielding information on the kinematics of the eye by comparing at least two consecutive images; method in which information is generated relating to the direction in which the user is looking relative to the head of the user, at least according to the information supplied by the first and second processes.
