A method for adjusting an oscillation frequency of a sprung balance assembly, in which a removal or a displacement of material is conducted on a component of this sprung balance assembly under an effect of a pulse of a laser source to conduct a micromachining or microfusion operation on the material of this component to vaporize or displace this material. This pulse is controlled by a controller configured to generate, sequence, interrupt any pulse and to control movements of a beam of this laser source, and the controller is automatically controlled by a measuring or comparing mechanism.

Method for adjusting the oscillation frequency and/or adjusting the inertia and/or balancing of a movable timepiece movement component or of a timepiece spring balance assembly

An assembly for an escapement of a timepiece movement (), including an escapement bridge (), a balance cock (), a pallet lever () for controlling an escapement wheel () in cooperation with a balance (). This escapement bridge () carries a bottom pallet lever bearing () for guiding a bottom pallet lever pivot () of this pallet lever (), and this cock () carries a top pallet lever bearing (A) for guiding a top pallet lever pivot (A) of this pallet lever (). An arm () of this pallet lever () carries a banking pin () which can move in a hole () comprised in this balance cock (), to limit the pivoting of this pallet lever ().

Platform escapement for a timepiece

Platform escapement assembly () comprising a balance () with a roller (), a balance spring (), and escape wheel () controlled by a pallet lever () cooperating with said roller (). An escapement bridge () comprises, on both sides of a bottom surface (), first () and second () spacers respectively comprising first () and second () bearing surfaces for receiving first () and second () complementary surfaces of a balance cock () on both sides of a top surface (A), and said top surface (A) is more flexible in bending than said bottom surface (), so as to allow mobility, as a result of a perpendicular force applied to said top surface (A), of said first complementary surface () relative to said first bearing surface () when said second complementary surface () is locked in position on said second bearing () surface.

The invention relates to a silicon-based Breguet overcoil balance spring () that includes a hairspring () made integral coaxially with a collet (), a terminal curve () and an elevation device () between the outer coil () of the hairspring and the terminal curve. According to the invention, the balance spring has two single parts secured to each other to increase the development precision of the balance spring. The invention also relates to the method of manufacturing the balance spring. The invention concerns the field of timepiece movements.

Breguet overcoil balance spring made of silicon-based material

The micro-mechanical part, for example a horological movement part, includes a silicon core () all or part of the surface () of which is coated with a thick amorphous material (). This material is preferably silicon dioxide and has a thickness which is five times greater than the thickness of native silicon dioxide.

Reinforced micro-mechanical part

A micro-mechanical part made of insulating material, such as a silicon balance spring () for a timepiece movement, tends to adhere to a neighboring part when it is in movement, such as the balance cock (). This drawback is removed by carrying out, over all or part of the surface, a thin deposition of a layer of conductive material, such as a metal, which is preferably non-oxidizing and non-magnetic, such as gold, platinum, rhodium or silicon.
