In general terms, embodiments of the present invention relate to methods and apparatuses for providing a service for exceeding account thresholds via a mobile device. For example, in some embodiments, a method is provided that includes: (a) receiving transaction information associated with a transaction, where the transaction involves an account, a transaction machine, and a holder of the account; (b) determining, based at least partially on the transaction information, that the account will incur an excess threshold amount as a result of the transaction; (c) prompting the holder to consent to the excess threshold amount via the mobile device, where the holder is associated with the mobile device; (d) receiving the holder's consent to the excess threshold amount; and (e) authorizing the transaction based at least partially on the receiving the holder's consent.

In general terms, embodiments of the present invention relate to methods and apparatuses for providing a service for exceeding account thresholds via a transaction machine. For example, in some embodiments, a method is provided that includes: (a) receiving transaction information associated with a transaction, where the transaction involves an account, a transaction machine, and a holder of the account; (b) determining, based at least partially on the transaction information, that the account will incur an exceeded threshold as a result of the transaction; (c) prompting, via the transaction machine, the holder to consent to the exceeded threshold; (d) receiving the holder's consent to the exceeded threshold; and (e) authorizing the transaction based at least partially on the receiving the holder's consent.

Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods and computer program products for performing preliminary steps of a transaction on a mobile device. In some embodiments, a system is configured to: determine a user has entered a facility, wherein the user has a mobile device, and wherein the user is waiting to interact with at least one of an agent at or away from the facility or a computing device at the facility; communicate with the mobile device to determine a reason for the user's visit to the facility, the reason comprising a transaction intended to be executed by the user at the facility; transmit a form to the user's mobile device, the form being based on the intended transaction, and the form prompting the user to input information associated with the intended transaction; receive the user-filled form from the user's mobile device.

Techniques for supporting a mobile financial service that enables a customers to enroll the customer's mobile phone number and register accounts are disclosed. A persistent authentication request is received from a customer, and the customer is authenticated based on authentication information provided by the customer. The customer enters a device identification of the communication device so that the device identification is registered and linked to the customer's profile. When the customer requests non-actionable information (e.g., account balance and transaction history information) by calling a customer service center with a registered communication device, the calling identification is provided to the customer service center by the incoming call. The customer service determines whether the calling identification corresponds to a registered number. If so, the customer service center provides the requested non-actionable information to the communication device without further authentication.

In certain embodiments, an apparatus includes a memory and a processor. The processor is operable to present, in a first region of a display, information associated with a first service based at least in part upon the user. The processor is further operable to present information associated with a second, third and fourth service. Additionally, the processor may receive an update to the information associated with the first service and present, in the first region of the display, the update to the information associated with the first service. Finally, the processor is operable to detect a first touch on the first region of the display indicating a selection of the first service and present details associated with the first service in response to detecting the first touch.

Apparatus and method for management of electronic notices

In some embodiments, an apparatus includes a memory and a processor. The processor is operable to present, in a first region of a display, information associated with a first transaction of a plurality of transactions and present, in a second region of the display, a first option, the first option indicating that, when selected, the user has marked the first transaction for further review. The processor is further operable to present, in a third region of the display, a second option and present, in a fourth region of the display, a notification indicating a second transaction of the plurality of transactions. Additionally, the processor is operable to detect a touch on the display indicating the selection of the second transaction and present, in the first region of the display, information associated with the second.
