A cam phaser including an electromagnetically actuated hydraulic valve; and a hollow piston inserted in a borehole and longitudinally movable by an electromagnet so that a hydraulic fluid is distributed to operating connections associated with pressure cavities of the cam phaser, wherein a first operating connection branches off from a borehole directly adjacent to the electromagnet, wherein the hollow piston includes a circumferential bar with a control edge oriented towards the electromagnet so that a cavity within the borehole is defined on one side by the circumferential bar and on another side by the electromagnet, wherein a drain opening extends from the cavity, wherein the drain opening hydraulically connects the cavity with a drain channel leading towards a tank drain, wherein the bar is movable into a direction expanding the first operating connection in the flow cross section by a force of the electromagnet that is loaded with electrical current.

Cam phaser with electromagnetically actuated hydraulic valve

A hydraulic valve for oscillating-motor camshaft adjuster is provided. The valve has a bush and a hollow piston with a piston bottom. The piston is axially movable within the bush by means of an actuator against the force of a screw-type pressure spring. The actuator is applied to the piston bottom. A sleeve secured in the bush is disposed inside the hollow piston and can be displaced relative to the piston. The wall of this sleeve has at least one through-opening, which leads to at least one opening of the hollow piston, which opening can guide a supply pressure (P) applied inside the sleeve alternatively to two sets of pressure chambers of the oscillating-motor camshaft adjuster. The sleeve has a sleeve bottom that seals off the inside space of hollow piston.

Hydraulic valve

The invention relates to a solenoid valve that is to be mounted leaktight and in a simple manner. Provided according to the invention is a first housing part with a tool engagement portion for screwing of a second housing part into an inner thread of a receptacle. The two housing parts are joined immovably to each other. The first housing part has a tensile strength that is greater than a tensile strength of second housing part.

The invention relates to a non-return valve for a pump, in particular a fuel pump, with a housing () in which a valve seat () is embodied, a closing body () and a cage element. The closing body () is arranged within the cage element, whereby the cage body is embodied in two pieces. The cage element comprises a guide element () and a stop element (), such that a functional separation of the regions of the cage element with various functions is possible.

Non-return valve for a pump

An inlet or outlet valve for a pump comprises a closing body () pretensioned by a spring element (). The closing body () can open or close a passage on a valve seat (). The valve also comprises a guide element () for guiding the closing body (). Inside the guide element (), the closing body () is guided at least on a first guiding area () and a second guiding area ().
