Disclosed is an implantable one-piece heart prosthesis having a driving artificial ventricle and a driven artificial ventricle. A main actuator is configured to transmit to the driving artificial ventricle diastolic and systolic flow rates having desired respective values for the driving artificial ventricle. An auxiliary actuator is configured to transmit to the driven artificial ventricle correction systolic and diastolic flow rates that correct the systolic and diastolic flow rates transmitted by the main actuator to the driven artificial ventricle.

Implantable one-piece heart prosthesis

One-piece heart prosthesis implantable in an anatomical position. According to the invention, the artificial left and right ventricles () have general directions () arranged in an asymmetrical V shape, such that said ventricles approach each other as they move away from the means () of connection to the natural left and right auricles, and the individual hydraulic actuators (), associated respectively with said artificial left and light ventricles (), are arranged near each other, in proximity to said artificial left ventricle ().

One-piece heart prosthesis implantable in an anatomical position

According to the invention the rotary pump consists of an external gear () with internal teeth () in the form of a squirrel cage, and an internal gear (), housed in an off-centre manner in the interior of said external gear () and fitted with external teeth (D) intermeshing with said internal teeth () and consisting of a number of inferior teeth of a unit with the number of teeth of the later. The rotation means of said external teeth () comprise at least a bearing () centrally laid out in a flange end () of said aforementioned external gear () and the aforementioned external gear () is at least partly dismantled in order to introduce said internal gear ().
