An air conditioning system of a motor vehicle, having a housing with at least two independent air ducts formed therein, which are arranged separately from each other by at least one partition wall in the housing. A cooling heat exchanger is arranged in the housing such that it is flowed through by air, which can flow into the at least two independent air ducts. A heating heat exchanger is arranged in the housing such that it protrudes into the at least two independent air ducts and is flowed through by air of the at least two independent air ducts. The heating heat exchanger being an electrically operable heat exchanger, which is formed with several independently heated heat exchanger areas, so that the air flowing through an heat exchanger area is independently heatable and each independent air duct is provided at least one heat exchanger area.

Air conditioning system of a motor vehicle

A method for operating an air-conditioning system that carries out an air quality testing cycle is disclosed. The air quality testing cycle includes: Step A: testing if the current pollutant concentration is below a predetermined first pollutant limit value; Step B: in the event that it is determined in the Step A that the current pollutant concentration is below the first pollutant limit value, testing if the bypass device is completely open or if the current flow rate of the blower device corresponds to a current air volume demand of the air-conditioning system; Step D: in the event that it is determined in the Step B that the bypass device is not completely opened or that the current flow rate does not correspond to the current air volume demand, testing current pollutant concentration is below a predetermined second pollutant limit value that is smaller than the first pollutant limit value.

Air conditioning system and associated method of operation

A ventilation device may include first and second supply ducts, a mixing section having a mixing duct into which the first and second supply ducts may lead, the first and second supply ducts arranged in the mixing section adjacent one another in a transverse direction, and first and second guides in the mixing section each running in the transverse direction and being located opposite one another in a longitudinal direction running transversely to the transverse direction, each guide having two guide walls running in the transverse direction and located opposite one another in a height direction running transversely to the transverse direction and longitudinal direction, at least one of the guide walls sloping away from the other guide wall at a slope angle with respect to the longitudinal direction. A valve may have a plate body and may be adjustably guided with a first guide section running in the transverse direction in the first guide and with a second guide section running in the transverse direction in the second guide. An actuator may during operation adjust the valve in the transverse direction between a first position, in which the valve fluidically separates the second supply duct from the mixing duct and opens a fluidic connection between the first supply duct and the mixing duct, and a second position, in which the valve fluidically separates the first supply duct from the mixing duct and opens a fluidic connection between the second supply duct and the mixing duct, wherein the first guide section has a first thickness running in the height direction and which is smaller than a second thickness of the second guide section running in the height direction in such a manner that both guide sections are each in contact with both guide walls of the associated guide.

Ventilation device

A housing may include a first housing part and a second housing part. The first housing part may include a first latching contour having at least one first latching lug. The first housing part may include at least one further latching contour having at least one further latching lug. The second housing part may be connected to the first housing part via a latching connection. The second housing part may include at least one counter-latching contour.

Housing

A flap stopper for a rotatable flap for controlling an air flow may include a round bearing support disc, a round stopper support disc, stop elements, and connecting ribs. The stopper support disc may be spaced apart from the bearing support disc in an axial direction. The stop elements may be arranged on the stopper support disc. The connecting ribs may be arranged between the bearing support disc and the stopper support disc. The bearing support disc, the stopper support disc, the stop elements, and the connecting ribs may be formed as an integral plastic injection-molded part.

Flap stopper for a rotatable flap

A shaft-bearing bush assembly for a valve arrangement for an air-conditioning system is disclosed. The shaft-bearing bush assembly includes a shaft drive-connectable to a valve of the valve arrangement and a bearing bush, in which the shaft is rotatably received relative to the bearing bush between a first rotary position and a second rotary position about an axis of rotation extending along the axial direction. A bush projection is non-rotatably arranged on the bearing bush relative to the bearing bush and a shaft projection is non-rotatably arranged on the shaft relative to the shaft. The bush projection and the shaft projection are matched to one another such that the bush projection provides a rotary stop for the shaft projection for limiting the rotary movement of the shaft between the first rotary position and the second rotary position.
