A magnetic clutch for actuating a disconnect clutch includes an axis of rotation, an axially fixed stator, an axially movable armature, a torque-axial force converter unit with an armature side and a bearing side, and a rotary brake. The axially movable armature is axially retainable on the stator by a magnetic force from a power supply. The torque-axial force converter unit acts in an antagonistic manner to the magnetic force to hold the armature at an axial distance from the stator. The rotary brake is for effecting a rotational speed difference between the armature side and the bearing side. Other aspects of the disclosure include a disconnect clutch for an internal combustion engine in a hybrid drive train, a hybrid drive train, and a method for controlled closing of the disconnect clutch.

A booster clutch includes a pilot-control clutch, a booster output side, a booster input side, a rocker element, a first energy storage element and a drum. The pilot-control clutch has a friction pack and a torque is frictionally transmittable when the friction pack is in a pressed state. The booster output side is torsionally fixed to a pilot-control input side and the booster input side is arranged to be torsionally fixed to an input shaft. The first roller is arranged via a ramp pairing between the rocker element and the booster input or output side. The first energy storage element is arranged between the rocker element and the booster output or input side, or is arranged to transmit a radial force to the rocker element. The first roller applies a predetermined torque over the booster input and output side, and presses the rocker element radially against the drum.

A separating clutch for a powertrain includes a rotational axis, a friction pack for transmitting a torque in an engaged state, a damper device having a torsional vibration damper or a centrifugal pendulum, and an actuation device for selectively releasing the engaged state. The actuation device is arranged in an axial overlap with the damper device. The friction pack may include a friction disk, a pressure plate, a counter-plate, a pressure pot, and a disk spring supported between the counter-plate and the pressure pot. The friction disk may have a friction surface and the pressure pot may extend through the counter-plate to contact the pressure plate, radially outside of the friction surface, and the actuation device, radially inside of the friction surface. The actuation device may include a pressure chamber with a pressure piston, and the pressure piston may be axially movable and arranged radially within the friction pack.

A multi-plate clutch includes an outer plate mounted on a radial outside and axially displaceable, an inner plate mounted on a radial inside and axially displaceable, and a plurality of leaf springs. The plurality of leaf springs is distributed around an outer circumference of the outer plate to mount the outer plate in a torque-transmitting manner on a rotor pot, or the plurality of leaf springs is distributed in an inner circumference of the inner plate to mount the inner plate in a torque-transmitting manner on a driving ring. In an example embodiment, the multi-plate clutch is a dry multi-plate clutch for a hybrid drivetrain. In an example embodiment, the multi-plate clutch includes a plurality of outer plates and a plurality of inner plates.

A hybrid module for a drive train of a motor vehicle includes an electrical machine, a dry friction clutch for coupling the electrical machine with the drive train, an input shaft arranged to be coupled to an internal combustion engine of the motor vehicle, and an output shaft arranged to be coupled to a vehicle transmission of the motor vehicle. The dry friction clutch is designed to lead away or secure wear debris of the dry friction clutch. The hybrid module may be arranged as a P2 hybrid module within the drive train between an internal combustion engine side of the motor vehicle and a vehicle transmission side of the motor vehicle. The dry friction clutch may be a dry multi-disk clutch.

A clutch device includes a main clutch, a pilot clutch, and an inner cage. The main clutch has a friction pack, a pressure device for pressing the friction pack, and a ramp system for moving the pressure device. The pilot clutch is for transmitting torque to the ramp system and can be opened and closed by moving the counter-plate. The pressure device can be moved by the counter-plate. The friction pack is mechanically connected to the inner cage and an outer cage. The ramp system includes a first ramp element arranged on the inner cage, a freewheel, and a second ramp element. The freewheel blocks rotary movement of the first ramp element in a first rotational direction and allows rotary movement in an opposite rotational direction. The first and second ramp elements, and the pilot clutch, are mechanically connected to the inner cage when the pilot clutch is closed.

A clutch pack for a clutch in a drive train of a motor vehicle includes an axis defining an axial direction and a disk, rotatable about the axis, for contacting a counter-disk to transfer a torque. The control device has a fastening portion fixed to the housing and a pawl with a plurality of tongues to forming a positive interlock. At least one tongue is arranged to engage the external profile.
