This invention relates to an analytical support containing a plurality of oligonucleotides fixed on this support, where each of the nucleotides is marked by a fluorescent compound that presents a variation of fluorescence on the hybridization of each marked oligonucleotide with at complementary oligonucleotide. This support makes it possible to carry out an analysis of biological targets by measuring the variation of fluorescence in order to determine the hybridization of the targets with the oligonucleotides of the support.

Analysis of biological targets using a biochip comprising a fluorescent marker

The present invention relates to a device for analyzing a single electrical pulse, which device comprises an electrical circuit made up of a propagation line, including, in uniformly-distributed manner, optoelectronic switches constituted by photoconductor tabs, each of them being connected to a corresponding analysis line, and an optical device (,-,-,-,-,-,) making it possible to light the switches with a laser beam or with portions of a laser beam, any two adjacent switches being lit successively and not simultaneously.

Device for analyzing a single pulse with variable step

The device has at least one planar detector (2.sub.a, 2.sub.b) able to transform a radiation (8) into electrical charges and a common electrode (12) on an input face and a mosaic of point electrodes (14) and metal bands (34.sub.a -34.sub.e) on an output face, several planar integrated circuit chips (10a, 10b) facing the input face of the detector and having a mosaic of reading circuits (16) and metal bands (30a, 30d) for connecting the circuits to external supply, control and processing devices for output signals, each reading circuit being hybridized by a microsphere to a point electrode and the bands of the chip being positioned facing bands of the detector and hybridized thereto by microspheres. The device is to be used in mamography or dental imaging.

Ionizing radiation imaging device

The invention concerns an X-ray tomograph device. This device makes it possible to obtain the image (1) of a plane cutting (2) of an object (3). In particular, it comprises an X-ray source (4) which supplies high energy pulses which traverse the object. At least one measurement detector small bar (10) receives the attenuated energy pulses which have traversed the object. A display and processing means connected to the detectors supplies the image of the cutting. These processing means include amplifier-integrator circuits (13) connected to the detectors (10) and to a computer (15) controlling the integration period of the detection pulses suplied by the detectors (10). The computer corrects the value of the amplitude of each detection pulse by talking account of an intermediate integration value so as to take account of the drag of each pulse and the stray current of each detector.

X-ray tomography device

A device for measuring a single short pulse includes at least one measuring unit (D1, Dn) comprising a conductive line (L) connected to a set of photoconductors (A, B1-Bp), the line and photoconductors being placed between two nonconductors forming a single support in which the length of the line (x1) separating the photoconductors two-by-two is equal to the product of the propagation speed on the line with respect to the duration of the pulse concerning the number of measurement points, the lifetime of the majority carriers of the photoconductors being selected as being equal to or less than 10% of the duration of the pulse. The device makes it possible to obtain a temporal analysis or the autocorrelation of the pulse which may be an electromagnetic radiation or ionizing pulse or an electric pulse.
