A deformable film has a decorative surface featuring a completely matt appearance. For this purpose, the deformable film has a decorative surface provided with at least one coating comprising the following constituents: (a) an aqueous dispersion of a hydroxy-functional prepolymer, obtainable by conversion of at least one of the following components: (i) a component having hydroxyl groups, (ii) a polyester polyol having hydroxyl groups, (iii) a polyisocyanate having isocyanate groups, (iv) a compound having at least two groups reactive toward isocyanate groups and at least one group capable of anion formation, (v) water, where components (i) to (iii) and the ratio of components (i) to (iii) are selected such that an excess of hydroxyl groups is present relative to the isocyanate groups, and (b) nanoparticles having a number-average particle size of 1 to 1000 nm and (c) a crosslinker having at least two groups reactive toward hydroxyl groups.

The present invention relates to an aqueous secondary copolymer dispersion comprising a copolymer (P) synthesized from a mixture of free-radically polymerizable monomers (M) comprising (M1) cycloaliphatic esters of acrylic and/or methylacrylic acid; (M2) vinyl esters of aliphatic carboxylic acids; (M3) hydroxy-functional, free-radically polymerizable monomers; (M4) carboxyl-functional, free-radically polymerizable monomers and (M5) hydroxyl- and carboxyl-free (meth)acrylic esters having C1 to C12 hydrocarbon radicals in the alcohol moiety and/or vinylaromatics. The mixture further comprises glycidyl esters of aliphatic carboxylic acids. The invention also relates to a method for the production of such a dispersion, to the use of the dispersion as a coating and as a binder in 2K polyurethane coatings.

Low-solvent polyacrylate copolymer dispersions

The present invention relates to aqueous secondary copolymer dispersion comprising a copolymer (P) synthesized from a mixture of free-radically polymerizable monomers (M) comprising: (M1) cycloaliphatic esters of acrylic and/or methylacrylic acid; (M3) hydroxy-functional, free-radically polymerizable monomers; (M4) carboxyl-functional, free-radically polymerizable monomers and (M5) hydroxyl- and carboxyl-free (meth)acrylic esters having C1 to C12 hydrocarbon radicals in the alcohol moiety and/or vinylaromatics, wherein the mixture further comprises polyols (PO) selected from the group of polyester polyols and/or polycarbonate polyols, the polyols having an average hydroxyl group functionality of at least 2. The invention also relates to a method for the production of such a dispersion, to the use of the dispersion as a coating and as a binder in 2K polyurethane coatings.

Aqueous polyacrylate copolymer dispersions with high OH group content

The present invention relates to the use of an aqueous preparation for the coating of wood surfaces, characterized in that the aqueous preparation comprises: a hydroxyl-functional polyurethane-polyacrylate dispersion, apolyurethane dispersion, an at least partially hydrophilicized polyisocyanate and &#x2267;0 weight-% to &#x2266;10 weight-% of a matting agent, wherein the combined hydroxyl content of the hydroxyl-functional polyacrylate dispersion and the polyurethane dispersion is &#x2267;1% to &#x2266;12%. The invention further relates to a method of producing a coated wood surface, comprising the step of coating a wood surface with such an aqueous preparation and to a coated wood surface comprising an aqueous preparation whose use has been recited in the context of the use according to the invention.
