A device for protecting a syringe () needle () comprising a needle-protecting cap () made of a flexible material and a protective hub () made of a rigid material adapted to be mounted on the needle-protecting cap () and provided with internal elements () for gripping the needle-protecting cap. The internal gripping elements provided in the protective hub () comprise at least a longitudinal clip () secured to the side wall of the protective hub () via a flexible intermediate hinge () forming an articulation longitudinally delimiting a downstream longitudinal section having a tip-shaped free end capable of being fitted into the needle-protecting cap () and comprising a front surface adapted to limit its tilting, and an upstream longitudinal section provided with a front surface adapted to limit reverse tilting of each clip () when the protective hub is removed.

Device for protecting a syringe needle

A single-use injection device, includes a pre-filled syringe (), a syringe body () which is integral with the said syringe, and a protective case (), the syringe body and protective case being provided with elements () for relative locking in translation, which permit their relative displacement between a position of injection and a position of protection after use. Disposable injection device

A single-use device for injection includes a pre-filled syringe with a front nose which supports an injection needle which is protected by a protective cap, and a syringe body which accommodates the syringe. The device further includes a joining piece with claws which can be extended radially to cover and grasp the protective cap by penetrating the cap. The syringe body includes a front section, which can be separated, that is delimited by a breakable area. The front section includes a neck that clamps the tabs of the joining piece onto the protective cap.

Disposable injection device designed to be pre-filled

The invention relates to an injection device comprising a syringe body ( ), which delimits a chamber which is designed to be filled with a liquid, and a unit ( ) for distributing the liquid, comprising an end piece ( ) for closing off the chamber, which is extended by a locking male conical connection ( ), and can be displaced axially between a closing-off position of the said chamber and a position for injection of the liquid. The invention relates to a process for manufacturing an injection device of the pre-filled type comprising producing, in a deformable plastics material, a tubular syringe body (101) equipped with an external locking element (104) suitable for deforming radially between retracted and dilated positions, producing a tubular sheath (109) equipped with an internal locking element (110, 111) paired with that of the syringe body (101), fitting the sheath (109) round the syringe body (101), by a relative sliding of these latter permitted by the radial retraction of the locking element (104) of the syringe body (101), and introducing into the syringe body (101) a rigid pre-filled container suitable for bringing the locking element (104) of the said syringe body into its dilated position, enabling an irreversible locking of the sheath (109) to be obtained once it has been brought, after injection, into an advanced, post-use protection position.
