The mixing and discharging device comprises a main shell, an impeller structure and a main shaft. The main shell comprises a top cover; the impeller structure is in the main shell; the main shaft is configured to drive the impeller structure to rotate, penetrates through the top cover and extends into the main shell; a bottom end of the main shaft is in the main shell and is fixed on the impeller structure, and the bottom end of the main shaft is separated from the shell.

The control device includes: selecting at least one from a plurality of first fuel cells to form a fuel cell stack, and distributing gas for the fuel cell stack. Each first fuel cell forming the fuel cell stack is a second fuel cell, and distributing gas for the fuel cell stack includes: distributing gas with a first gas usage amount to the fuel cell stack; and distributing the gas with the first gas usage amount according to a cell gas distribution ratio so as to provide gas with a corresponding second gas usage amount to each second fuel cell respectively.

The present invention discloses electro-hydraulic hybrid drive sand-mixing equipment, including a skid base, an electric motor, a hydraulic pump, a discharge centrifugal pump, a suction centrifugal pump, a mixing tank, a dry additive system, a liquid additive system, and a sand auger system. The electric motor, the hydraulic pump, the discharge centrifugal pump, the suction centrifugal pump, the mixing tank, the dry additive system, the liquid additive system, and the sand auger system are integrally skid mounted on the skid base. There are two electric motors, including a first electric motor and a second electric motor. The first electric motor drives the discharge centrifugal pump, and the second electric motor actuates the hydraulic pump, to drive the suction centrifugal pump, the mixing tank, the dry additive system, the liquid additive system, and the sand auger system. The electric motor is an integrated variable-frequency drive electric motor. Beneficial effects: Two integrated variable-frequency drive electric motors are applied. First, the setup of an independent variable-frequency drive cabinet is effectively omitted, that is, the overall size of the sand-mixing equipment is effectively reduced, so that it is more flexible and convenient to transport the equipment and arrange a well site. Next, a control system is simpler, thus optimizing the power matching of the sand-mixing equipment.

Electro-hydraulic hybrid drive sand-mixing equipment

The present invention discloses a novel sand mixing device, including an electric motor and a hydraulic system, wherein the electric motor is used as the power source of the hydraulic system, and the hydraulic system drives all the actuating elements in the sand mixing device. Beneficial effects: in the present invention, the traditional diesel engine drive mode is changed into a motor drive mode and a hydraulic system is maintained, and the power is all in the form of an electro-hydraulic system, realizing the advantages of environmental protection and energy saving with the electric motors as the power source, also taking into account the advantages of small size and flexible layout of the drive parts of the hydraulic system. Therefore, the issues of not environmental-friendly, large size, inconvenient transportation, well site layout, and maintenance in the application of traditional sand mixing device can be addressed.
