Searchlight

A searchlight includes a lamp housing provided with a snap-action switch and/or a photo-electric switch, a support pivotally supporting the lamp housing from below and a lamp assembly pivotally installed inside the lamp housing; the lamp assembly has a back provided with a positioning lever for use in touch with the snap-action switch of the lamp housing; and the support has a top provided with a positioning lever for use in interrupting the light path of the photoelectric switch of the lamp housing; due to possessing aforesaid structure the searchlight therefore has a function of automatically returning to starting position when power supply is switched off.

An LED lamp assembly includes LED circuit boards having LEDs as light sources, and concave parabolic lens surfaces as light condensing surface to replace convex lens surfaces having been conventionally used for LED light sources as well as to allow the LED circuit boards to be deposited at sites where is so well air ventilation that heat generated thereby is dissipated rapidly to ensure good heat dissipation for the LED circuit boards; and a reflective LED searchlight comprises the LED lamp assembly as an essential component and features a good heat dissipation for its LED circuit boards.

A moisture-proof spotlight includes a lamp housing, a support pivotally supporting the lamp housing from below and a lamp assembly pivotally installed inside the lamp housing, wherein the lamp housing contains therein a moisture-proof partition set provided for a vertical driving device and a horizontal driving device to affix thereto and also together installed inside the lamp housing for moisture-proof, thereby the defect of a conventional spotlight due to its horizontal driving device installed in the support tended to be affected by moisture is capably eliminated.

A learning-type remote control device is capable of detecting both carrier frequency and control code in a remote control signal that is transmitted by a target remote control device, and includes a variable-frequency oscillating unit for generating a carrier signal having a frequency which varies according to magnitude of a frequency control signal from a digital-to-analog converting unit, a mixing unit for generating a mixed signal by mixing the carrier signal and the remote control signal, a signal detecting unit for generating a detected frequency signal and a detected control signal from the mixed signal, and a processing unit operable in a learning mode to provide a varying frequency count input to the converting unit. The processing unit detects lower and upper sideband frequency counts based on when the detected frequency signal from the signal detecting unit reaches a preset threshold voltage to determine a frequency count that corresponds to the carrier frequency of the remote control signal. The processing unit further determines the control code in the remote control signal from the detected control signal of the signal detecting unit, and stores the frequency count and the control code determined thereby in a memory unit.

A lock adapted for use in automatic gear shifts and mounted in a gear shift head, including a core, a stop block, an escutcheon, and a cylinder. The core has latch bolts at either side, a keyway at a front end, and a projection at a rear end. The stop block has a stop hole at a front end for receiving the projection of the core, and a stop projection at a rear end. The escutcheon has an insertion hole at a front end, the insertion hole having a cross section comprised of an oval shape and a rectangular shape sized to match the stop block, a through hole at a rear end, and a lock post that passes through the through hole, the lock post including a head portion of a larger size and a press piece projecting from the rear end of the escutcheon. A spring is fitted over the press piece and that part of the lock post exposed on the outside of the rear end of the escutcheon. A lock spring is further provided on the escutcheon near the press piece and adapted to urge against the inner wall of the gear shift head. The position of said press piece corresponding to that end of a push button mounted inside the gear shift head. The cylinder has an opening at a front end for passage of a key, and a cylinder hole communicating with the opening for receiving the core. When the lock is unlocked, the press piece is pressed by the push button of the gear shift to displace and permits gear shifting. When the lock is locked, the gear shift is prevented from operation as the gear shift is stopped by the stop projection of the stop block.
