The projection apparatus includes a light source, optical elements and a heat dissipation assembly. The heat dissipation assembly includes a case, a heat dissipation element, a fan and a temperature controlling unit. The optical elements transmit a light beam generated by the light source, and thereby generate heat. The heat dissipation assembly is adapted for heat dissipation correspondingly. In the heat dissipation assembly, the case protects the optical elements from being polluted by the dust during heat dissipation. The temperature controlling unit senses the surrounding temperature to control the fan for cooling the heat dissipation element, and the durability of the optical elements are thereby enhanced.

A support stand made of sheet metal is cooperated with an optical module and a reflective module. The support stand includes a base and a back frame. The optical module is disposed on the base. To enhance its structural rigidity, the base substantially has a '' or inverted 'U' shape as viewed from an optical axis. The back frame is connected with the base, and the reflective module is disposed on the back frame. An optical apparatus with the above support stand is also disclosed.

An optical apparatus includes a support stand, an optical module, a reflective module, at least a first adjusting unit and at least a second adjusting unit. The support stand has a base and a back frame. The back frame is connected with the base and formed an inclination angle with the base. The optical module is disposed on the base. The reflective module is disposed on the back frame. The first adjusting unit is connected with the back frame and the base. The first adjusting unit moves the back frame so as to adjust the inclination angle. The second adjusting unit is disposed at the back frame and contacts against the reflective module. The second adjusting unit moves the reflective module so as to adjust a swinging angle of the reflective module.

Optical apparatus

A projection device comprises a color wheel module, wherein, the color wheel can be detached from the color wheel module. The color wheel module can be detached from the body of the projection device, so that users can conveniently change, clean or maintain the color wheel as desired.

A display device includes a processor, a memory, an interface and a keypad. The keypad, separably connected to the interface, includes a signal generator. When the display device is connected to a power source, the processor sends a first signal to the interface. The signal generator generates a second signal in response to the first signal. The processor determines whether the second signal is correct based on data stored in the memory. If yes, the display device may be activated. A method for activating the display device via the separable keypad comprises the steps of: connecting the display device to the power source; the display device sending the first signal to the interface; determining whether the second signal is correct; and if yes, activating the display device.
