An electroluminescent display includes an electroluminescent panel, and at least one brightness enhanced film. The electroluminescent panel has a plurality of sub-pixels, and at least one illumination surface. The brightness enhanced film is disposed on the at least one illumination surface. The brightness enhanced film has a plurality of micro lenses, and the width of the micro lens is smaller than half of the minimum width of the sub-pixels.

An organic electro-luminescence display comprises a substrate having a first and second surface, a plurality of micro-lens formed on the first surface, and a plurality of pixels with sub-pixels formed on the second surface. Particularly, the distance between the sub-pixels within any two adjacent pixels is substantially greater than that between the sub-pixels within the same pixel.

A manufacturing method of organic flat emitting devices, including a transparent electrode substrate forming step, an insulation layer forming step, a curing step, an organic electroluminescent layer forming step, and a metallic cathode forming step. In the transparent electrode substrate forming step, a plurality of separate transparent anodes are formed on a transparent substrate. In the insulation layer forming step, an insulation layer is formed around the transparent anode by ink-jet printing. In the curing step, the insulation layer is cured to form a transparent electrode plate. In the organic electroluminescent layer forming step, an organic electroluminescent layer is formed on the transparent electrode plate having the transparent anode and the insulation layer formed thereon. In the metallic cathode forming step, metallic cathodesare formed on the organic electroluminescent layer. Furthermore, the invention also discloses a manufacturing method of transparent electrode plates.

Manufacturing methods of transparent electrode plates and organic flat emitting devices

A deposition apparatus for organic light emitting devices. The deposition apparatus includes a substrate conveying system and at least a chamber. In this case, the substrate conveying system is a circular turntable shape. The chambers are provided around the substrate conveying system in a specific order. While the substrate conveying system rotates in a circular direction, at least a substrate is transferred into the chambers for deposition. The substrate carrier, a shadow mask and a shadow mask alignment system, are positioned on the substrate carrier. After the deposition, at least a layer is deposited on each of the substrates, so as to manufacture at least an organic light-emitting device.

Mass production encapsulation equipment and method for mass production of organic light emitting display devices, having a transporting system, a panel supply system, multiple dispensing systems, turning/storage system, cover plate supply system, lamination/ultra-violet radiation system, and an ultra-violet radiation system. The above systems are linked via the transmission system. Being supplied by the panel supply system, a panel is transported to the turning/storage system for turning over. The panel is then transported into alternate dispensing systems for resin coating. The panel coated with resin is again transported to the turning/storage system for storage. The first exposure stage is performed by an aligning lamination performed on the panel and a cover plate supplied by the cover plate supply system in the lamination/ultra-violet radiation system. The second exposure stage is further performed to cure the resin in the ultra-violet radiation system.

Mass production encapsulation equipment and method for organic light emitting display devices

A package method for an organic electro-luminescent display, which spreads a certain amount of ultra-violet curing resin or thermal curing resin on a lamination plate or a substrate, to obtain a global spreading effect by forming a trench at an of the lamination plate. The lamination plate with the trench at the edge thereon is provided by a lamination plate supply system. The lamination plate is aligned and laminated with the substrate, and ultra-violet light radiation or thermal process is performed for curing the ultra-violet or thermal curing resin, respectively. In the alignment and lamination process, the space between the lamination plate and the substrate is controlled by adjusting lamination pressure and movement of the lamination machine; thereby, the exceeding ultra-violet or thermal curing resin flows into the trench at the edge of the lamination plate, and dimension of the package can thus be controlled.
