A display apparatus includes a first substrate, a pixel structure, a second substrate, and an anti-reflection structure. The pixel structure is disposed on the first substrate, and has an active element and a pixel electrode electrically connected to the active element. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate. The anti-reflection structure is disposed on the second substrate and is located between the first substrate and the second substrate. The anti-reflection structure includes a first insulating layer and a metal layer. The first insulating layer is disposed on the second substrate. The metal layer is disposed on the first insulating layer. The first insulating layer is located between the second substrate and the metal layer. The first insulating layer has an opening, the metal layer has an opening, and the opening of the first insulating layer and the opening of the metal layer overlap with the pixel electrode.

Display apparatus

A pixel circuit includes a light emitting element, a first driver transistor, a second driver transistor, and a first compensation capacitor. A first terminal of the first driving transistor is configured to receive a power signal, and a second terminal of the first driving transistor is electrically coupled to the light emitting element. A first terminal of the second driving transistor receives the power signal, and a control terminal of the second driving transistor is electrically coupled to the light emitting element. The first compensation capacitance is electrically coupled to a control terminal of the first driving transistor and the second terminal of the second driving transistor, respectively.

Pixel circuit

A touch display panel including a pixel defining layer, a first light emitting structure, a second light emitting structure, a first light sensing device and a touch electrode layer is provided. The pixel defining layer has a first pixel opening and a second pixel opening. The first light sensing device is adjacently disposed on a first side of the first pixel opening. A first edge defining a first electrode opening of the touch electrode layer and a second edge defining the first pixel opening of the pixel defining layer have a first spacing on the first side of the first pixel opening. A third edge defining a second electrode opening of the touch electrode layer and a fourth edge defining the second pixel opening of the pixel defining layer have a second spacing on a side of the second pixel opening. The first spacing is greater than the second spacing.

Touch display panel

A pixel circuit is disclosed herein, which includes a first switch, a capacitor, a driving transistor, and a light-emitting diode (LED). The first switch outputs voltage data in response to a scan signal. A first terminal of the capacitor and the first switch are coupled to a node. A second terminal of the capacitor receives a reference signal. The driving transistor is coupled to the node, and configured to output current according to a voltage stored in the node. The LED is coupled to the driving transistor, and emits light according to the current. The reference voltage is different during different operation periods. The driving transistor outputs a first current according to the voltage data and the voltage difference, and outputs a second current according to the voltage data during different operation periods, such that the LED emits a first light and a second light during different operation periods.

A pixel circuit including a compensation circuit, a writing circuit, a light emitting element, and a power supplying circuit is provided. The compensation circuit comprises a first node, and provides a driving current to the light emitting element according to a voltage of the first node and a system high voltage. The writing circuit provides a data voltage to the compensation circuit according to a first control signal so that the compensation circuit sets the voltage of the first node. The power supplying circuit selectively couples the compensation circuit to the light emitting element, and provides the system high voltage and a system low voltage to the compensation circuit, in which the system low voltage is configured to reset the voltage of the first node. The first control signal and the second control signal are opposite to the first emission signal and the second emission signal, respectively.

Pixel circuit and display device having the same

A pixel structure includes a light-emitting module, multiple sub-pixel circuits, and an internal driving circuit. The light-emitting module includes multiple sub-pixel light-emitting elements, and is disposed on a first plane. The multiple sub-pixel circuits are disposed on a second plane, and each of the multiple sub-pixel circuits is electrically connected with a corresponding one of the multiple sub-pixel light-emitting elements. The internal driving circuit is disposed on the second plane, and is electrically connected with one of the multiple sub-pixel circuits. The first plane is different from the second plane, and the multiple sub-pixel circuits and the internal driving circuit are located in a vertical projection projected by the light-emitting module onto the second plane.

Pixel structure and display panel

A pixel circuit including a writing circuit, a compensation circuit, a reset circuit, a brightness control circuit, and a light emission control circuit is provided. The writing circuit provides a first data signal and a second data signal. A first compensation unit of the compensation circuit provides, in a first time period, a first driving current according to the first data signal. A second compensation unit of the compensation circuit provides, in a second time period separated from the first time period, a second driving current according to the second data signal. The reset circuit provides a reference voltage to the compensation circuit. The light emission control circuit conducts the first compensation unit to the brightness control circuit in the first time period, and conducts the second compensation unit to the brightness control circuit in the second time period.

Pixel circuit suitable for borderless design and display panel including the same

The disclosure provides a pixel circuit including a lighting element, a current source, an amplitude control circuit, a pulse width control circuit, and an internal compensation circuit. The current source includes a driving transistor, and provides a driving current to the lighting element by the driving transistor. The amplitude control circuit includes a first switch, and provides a first voltage to the driving transistor by the first switch to determine magnitude of the driving current. The pulse width control circuit provides a second voltage to the first switch to determine a pulse width of the driving current. The internal compensation circuit is coupled with the current source and the amplitude control circuit, detects a threshold voltage of the first switch, and provides the driving current to an external compensation circuit to render the external compensation circuit detect a threshold voltage of the driving transistor.

Pixel circuit for adjusting pulse width of driving current and display panel having the same

A shift register circuit and a gate driver including the shift register circuit. The shift register circuit includes an input circuit, a drive circuit, a pull-down circuit, a regulator circuit and a pull-up circuit. The input circuit is configured to receive a first clock signal and is coupled to the first node. The driving circuit is configured to receive the first clock signal and a second clock signal. The input circuit is coupled to the first node. The pull-down circuit is configured to receive the voltage of the first node. The pull-down circuit is coupled to the first node and an output terminal. The pull-down circuit outputs the first voltage to the output terminal in response to the voltage of the first node.

Shift register circuit and gate driver

A pixel circuit including a light-emitting element, a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a fourth transistor, a fifth transistor, a sixth transistor, a seventh transistor, an eighth transistor and a storage capacitor is provided. The third transistor is coupled to the second transistor. The fourth transistor is coupled to the second transistor. The storage capacitor is coupled between the first transistor and the fourth transistor. The fifth transistor is coupled to the fourth transistor. The sixth transistor is coupled to the fourth transistor. The seventh transistor is coupled to the fourth transistor and the light-emitting element. The eighth transistor is coupled to the first transistor.

Pixel circuit having in-pixel compensation function

A touch panel includes a substrate and a first sensor element disposed on the substrate. The first sensor element includes a light-shielding conductive layer, a first transparent conductive layer, a first photosensitive layer, and a first electrode electrically connected to the first photosensitive layer. The light-shielding conductive layer and the first transparent conductive layer are interposed between the first substrate and the first photosensitive layer. A transmittance of the light-shielding conductive layer is smaller than a transmittance of the first transparent conductive layer.

Touch panel with sensor elements

A pixel driving circuit utilizing a transistor having two gate ends as the driving unit for pixels of a display panel to provide a stable driving current to compensate for the variation of threshold voltages of transistors in different pixels and to improve the uniformity of the brightness of the display panel.

Pixel driving circuit and operating method thereof

A pixel structure includes a first TFT, an adhesive layer, an LED, and a detection conductive layer. The first TFT is coupled to a conductive layer and is configured to transmit display data to the conductive layer. The adhesive layer covers the conductive layer. The LED is disposed on the adhesive layer. The detection conductive layer is disposed on the adhesive layer, and the detection conductive layer, the adhesive layer, and the conductive layer constitute a detection capacitor. Here, a thickness of the detection conductive layer is equal to or slightly greater than a height of the LED.

Pixel structure

A display device driving method, applicable to a display device including a pixel circuit coupled with a first node point, a source driving circuit for providing a data signal, and a reading circuit, including following operations: coupling the first node point with the source driving circuit or the reading circuit; supplying a first control signal to the pixel circuit, wherein the first control signal is for enabling the pixel circuit to receive the data signal from the first node point; supplying a second control signal to an optical sensing circuit, wherein the second control signal is for enabling the optical sensing circuit to output a sensing signal to the reading circuit through the first node point; utilizing the reading circuit to amplify the sensing signal and output the amplified sensing signal, wherein duration of the second impulse overlaps with duration of the first impulse.
