A radiography device includes an interface unit and a controller. The interface unit connects to an external interface. The controller operates according to timing signals from the external interface connected to the interface unit so as to synchronize with timing of repetition of generation of radiation by a radiation device that generates radiation in serial radiography in which frame images are generated. Even after connection between the interface unit and the external interface is cut off, the controller repeats operation for generating a frame image while synchronizing with the radiation device without communicating with an outside.

Radiography device, radiation device, radiography system, and mobile radiography system

A radiography system includes an image former, a first determiner, and an operation controller. The image former performs serial radiography of repeatedly generating a frame that constitutes a video. The first determiner determines whether a next test action is the serial radiography. The operation controller makes the image former begin turning a switch element on/off in a same manner as a manner in the serial radiography before start of the next test action in a case where the first determiner determines that the next test action is the serial radiography.

Radiography system

A radiation image capturing apparatus that generates a plurality of frame images includes: radiation detecting devices that are arranged on a substrate and can generate electric charge; a voltage applying part that applies a reverse bias voltage to the radiation detecting devices; the data reading part that reads image data; and a noise detector that detects a voltage noise of the reverse bias voltage and outputs data, wherein the data reading part includes: an estimator that estimates an offset component; a noise data calculator that calculates noise data on the basis of the data output by the noise detector and the offset component estimated by the estimator; and an image correcting part that generates image data after correction by subtracting the noise data calculated by the noise data calculator.

Radiation image capturing apparatus

A radiation image capturing apparatus includes scan lines, signal lines, radiation detection elements, bias lines, a readout IC, a control unit and a noise detection unit. The detection elements generate electric charges by receiving radiation. The readout IC reads respective image data based on the respective electric charges. The control unit controls at least the readout IC. At the time when each image data is read, the detection unit outputs data based on voltage noise in reverse bias voltage applied to the detection elements via the bias lines and/or voltage noise in off voltage applied to the scan lines. The control unit estimates an offset component in the output data, calculates noise data based on the output data and the offset component and subtracts the noise data from the image data, thereby generating corrected image data.
