An apparatus for fixing a printed circuit board within a housing of an electric motor, comprising a first housing part, a second housing part, and an insulation part. The insulation part is arranged between the first housing part and the second housing part, such that the housing parts are spaced apart from one another at least in certain portions by the insulation part, including a hard component part and a soft component part. The insulation part comprises at least one spring element for exerting a pressing force on the first housing part. The hard component part comprises at least one hold-down means, having at least one pressure-exerting element. The soft component part is configured to provide a seal between the housing parts. The spring element is arranged on that side of the insulation part which lies opposite to a stop region in the direction of the holding force.

Mechanically fixing circuit boards in a motor

A switching disk for contacting windings of a stator of an electric motor, which windings are arranged around an axis of rotation, with a printed circuit board of the electric motor, wherein the switching disk has an annular support structure circumferentially extending around the axis of rotation and multiple contact arrangements for contacting the windings with the printed circuit board, which are held by the support structure. The contact arrangements are each formed by a winding contact for contacting one of the windings, a printed circuit board contact offset therefrom in the radial direction for contacting the printed circuit board, and a coupling element extending in the radial direction and electrically connecting the winding contact to the printed circuit board contact.

Switching disk for contacting windings with a printed circuit board

A device () to reduce harmful bearing voltages in an electrical machine (M) fed by a DC link voltage of a DC link. The electrical machine has a rotor () and a stator () with windings (W), and is insulated to ground. At least two bearings (), with an outer bearing ring () and an inner bearing ring (), are between the rotor () and the stator (). A shielding arrangement (S) is between the windings (W) of the stator () and the respective outer bearing rings (). A stator electrical connecting arrangement () is connected to a potential that is stable with respect to the DC link.

Device for reducing harmful bearing voltages

An apparatus () for reducing bearing voltages in an electric machine (M) with a rotor () and a stator (). A rotor-side and stator-side bearing outer ring () and a respective bearing inner ring () are provided between the rotor () and stator (). A connection electronics system connect with the motor (M). A compensation arrangement () adjusts the potential (ULA-stator) of the bearing voltage at the bearing outer rings () and the respectively corresponding bearing inner ring () to an identical value. The compensation arrangement () comprises an impedance (ZKOMP), of at least one first impedance (ZKOMP, R) between the stator () and the rotor-side bearing outer ring (). The impedance (ZKOMP) has at least one impedance (ZKOMP. S) between the stator () and the stator-side bearing outer ring ().
