A pump includes a liquid housing having a liquid chamber with a piston/diaphragm assembly arranged therein that responds to a suction stroke and draws liquid into the liquid chamber, and responds to a pressure stroke and provides liquid from the liquid chamber; and a gas housing having a slide valve assembly separating first and second gas chambers. The slide valve assembly responds to a suction-to-pressure-force at the suction stroke conclusion, changes from a suction-to-pressure stroke state, provides gas from the first to second gas chamber through the slide valve assembly, and provides the pressure stroke so liquid passes from the liquid chamber; and responds to a pressure-to-suction-force at the pressure stroke conclusion, changes from the pressure-to-suction stroke state, provides gas from the second chamber through the slide valve assembly, and provides the suction stroke so liquid is drawn into the liquid chamber.

Single piston foundation bag-in-box (BIB) pump

A pump includes a molded housing configured with a rear endbell portion to receive an armature and bearing, an intermediate motor portion to receive a motor shell and magnets arranged around the armature, and a front endbell portion to receive a diaphragm assembly having a diaphragm support plate supporting a diaphragm, the rear endbell portion, the intermediate motor portion and the front endbell portion being configured as an integrated molded housing unit, the diaphragm having two circumferential diaphragm sealing surfaces. The pump also includes an upper housing configured to assemble and couple to the molded housing so as to form a circumferential fluid-tight sealing arrangement that is configured between the front endbell portion and the upper housing on only one end of the pump.

A diaphragm pump is provided that features a valve housing configured with inlet openings and outlet openings; inlet duckbill check valve assemblies, each configured to be arranged in a respective inlet opening; and outlet duckbill check valve assemblies, each configured to be arranged in a respective outlet opening; each duckbill check valve assembly comprising: a duckbill check valve seat configured with an end having a slit to open to provide the fluid and particulate, and to close to prevent the backflow of the fluid and particulate; and a duckbill check valve support having a base portion configured to be inserted inside the duckbill check valve seat, and having a W-shaped portion configured with an opening to pass the fluid and particulate through the duckbill check valve support to the duckbill check valve seat and also configured to provide support for walls of the duckbill check valve seat in response to back pressure caused by the fluid and particulate.

Diaphragm pump

A disposable pump head and canister assembly is provided having a disposable pump head having an upper housing with an input port and an output port, and being configured to be engaged to a motor so as to pump fluid into the input port, through the disposable pump head, and out the output port, the upper housing configured to couple to a support plate via a plurality of upper housing flexible tabs that snap fit to corresponding structure of the support plate and configured to be frictionally engaged to a motor so as to pump fluid into the input port, through the disposable pump head, and out the output port; and a canister having an exterior wall portion, a cover and a latching arrangement, where the exterior wall portion is configured so as to form an interior cavity dimensioned to receive the disposable pump head, and where the cover is configured to close and be latched to the exterior wall by the latching arrangement so as to frictionally engage the disposable pump head and the motor.
