Electrical connector and method for assembling an electrical connector

A secondary securing means for locking an electrical plug connection of a first electrical plug connector and a mating plug connector includes a securing element and a plug-in prevention means. By a closing movement, the securing element can be moved from a preliminary latching position into a locking position in which the securing element mechanically secures the plugged plug connection. The securing element is operatively connected to the plugging prevention means in such a way that, during the closing movement of the securing element, the plug-in prevention means can be moved from a home position in which the plugging prevention means blocks a complete insertion of the mating plug connector into the first plug connector, to a clearing position in which the plug-in prevention means clears the displacement path between the mating plug connector and the first plug connector complete insertion of the mating plug connector into the first plug connector The plug-in prevention means moving from the home position into the clearing position by rotation about an axis of rotation or along a support element.

The present invention relates to a contact sleeve for an external conductor of a first connector of an HF plug connection which has a front-side region having at least one slot, wherein the slot has dimensions such that the front-side region closes itself when the contact sleeve is connected to a second connector.

Self-closing contact sleeve

The invention relates to a contact sleeve () in the form of a hollow cylinder having a casing wall () and a center longitudinal axis () for an electrical connector for establishing electrical contact with a mating connector (), wherein the contact sleeve () has at least two pairs of contact spring lamellae () on its casing wall (), wherein the contact spring lamellae () of a pair are arranged radially opposite one another on the contact sleeve (), wherein each contact spring lamella () has a radial raised portion () which forms an electrical contact area (), wherein the raised portions () of a pair of contact spring lamellae () which are situated opposite one another are arranged at the same location in the axial direction with respect to the contact sleeve () in such a way that the contact areas () of said contact spring lamellae lie on a straight line () which perpendicularly intersects the center longitudinal axis () of the contact sleeve (). In this case, the raised portions () of at least one first pair of contact spring lamellae () are arranged in a manner offset by a predetermined axial offset length () in the axial direction with respect to the contact sleeve () relative to the raised portions () of at least one second pair of contact spring lamellae ().

Contact sleeve for an electric plug connector

A preferred embodiment of a plug connection apparatus includes a first plug connector, a second plug connector and a connection installation element mounted on a housing of the first plug connector by way of a guide. The connection installation element has a first gate part and a housing of the second plug connector has a second gate part. The gate parts assume a first mutually relative position when the plug connectors are plugged to one another in a preliminary latching position. The plug connectors are mechanically coupled by way of the guide and the gate parts such that the plug connectors are plugged to one another in a terminal position when the two gate parts are in a second mutually relative position. The connection is displaceable from an unlocking position to a locking position to displace the gate parts to the second position.

Plug connection

A method for producing a water-tight plug connector in which at least one electric conductor such as a wire is introduced into a guide channel of an insulator part via a lateral opening in order to hold the conductor. The insulator part with the introduced conductor is arranged in a plug connector housing, and the lateral opening of the insulator part is closed by a cover. An internal volume of the plug connector housing is then at least partly filled with a sealing compound. A plug connector is produced in such a manner.
