The present invention relates to a method for forming an organic element of an electronic device having at least two different pixel types including a first pixel type (pixel A) and a second pixel type (pixel B), —wherein at least one layer of pixel A is deposited by applying an ink A containing at least one organic functional material A and at least one solvent A by a printing process, —wherein at least one layer of pixel B is deposited by applying an ink B containing at least one organic functional material B and at least one solvent B by a printing process, —wherein at least one organic functional material A and at least one organic functional material B are different, and —wherein at least one solvent A and at least one solvent B are different, characterized in that both inks, ink A and ink B, in addition contain at least one common solvent S, and characterized in that the boiling point of solvent A and the boiling point of solvent B is at least 10° C. lower than the boiling point of the common solvent S.

The present invention relates to formulations comprising at least one hyper-branched polymer which contains 30 to 70 mol % of at least one hole-transporting recurring unit A, 5 to 30 mol % of least one branching recurring unit B, 5 to 30 mol % of at least one further recurring unit C and 5 to 40 mol % of least one end group E, where the recurring units A, B and C are different from one another, and at least one organic solvent, characterised in that the formulation has a viscosity of ≤25 mPas. The present invention furthermore relates to the corresponding hyperbranched polymers and to processes for the preparation thereof. The present invention additionally also relates to the use of the hyperbranched polymers according to the invention in electronic or opto-electronic devices, and to electronic or opto-electronic devices containing these polymers.

Embodiments in accordance with the present invention encompass compositions encompassing a latent organo-ruthenium compound, a photosensitizer, one or more monomers which undergo ring open metathesis polymerization (ROMP) and at least two distinct types of UV blockers, where when said composition is exposed to suitable actinic radiation forms a substantially transparent film or a three dimensional object. Surprisingly, the compositions are very stable at ambient conditions to temperatures up to 80&#xb0; C. for several weeks and undergo mass polymerization only when subjected to actinic radiation under inert atmosphere such as for example a blanket of nitrogen. Accordingly, compositions of this invention are useful in various opto-electronic applications, including as 3D printing materials, coatings, encapsulants, fillers, leveling agents, among others.
