A passenger transport vehicle includes a vehicle body having at least one left passenger compartment arranged in a travel direction on a left side of the vehicle, and at least one right passenger compartment arranged in a travel direction on a right side of the vehicle. Each passenger compartment has at least one passenger space and an access door to permit ingress into and egress from the at least one passenger space. A partition wall is arranged between the at least one left passenger compartment and the at least one right passenger compartment to restrict entry of passengers between the left passenger compartment and the right passenger compartment.

Passenger transport vehicle

A seat module for a motor vehicle that includes a carrier element having at least one seat row upon which at least two seats are secured. Each seat row has walls defining an opening which is accessible from outside of the motor vehicle and which extends laterally as a hollow space into the carrier element. The walls are fixed at least partially peripherally to facilitate raising of the seat module via introduction of a lifting element from outside of the motor vehicle into the hollow space for installation of the seat module into the motor vehicle or removal of the seat module from the motor vehicle.

Seat module for a motor vehicle

A tool configured to join at least two material layers, of which at least one material layer is in the form of a metal material layer, by a pin. The tool includes a driving-in device which drives the pin through the at least two material layers to be joined, and a welding device which, after the driving-in of the pin, welds at least one first section of the pin to the at least one metal material layer.

A method for producing a motor vehicle having a body shell that includes a platform composed of metal and a vehicle body composed of metal which is fitted on the platform. A fastening arrangement for a motor vehicle, comprising a component, a load-bearing structural element of the motor vehicle, and at least one fastening device. The component is fastened to the load-bearing structural element of the motor vehicle via the at least one fastening device. The fastening device has a clamping element in which in a normal state the clamping element reinforces the fastening of the component via the fastening device, with the action of an external force the clamping element being automatically transferred into an accident state in which the clamping element loosens the fastening of the component via the fastening device.

A load-bearing structure of a motor vehicle, having hollow profiles and junction elements to connect the hollow profiles. The hollow profiles may be fastened in receptacles of the junction elements, and the junction elements may have a plurality of areal webs in a vehicle vertical direction, at least some of the areal webs forming a framework structure which assists the load path in the respective junction element.

Load-bearing structure of a motor vehicle and method for producing the same

An adhesive joint of a first hollow profile to a second hollow profile, and a method of producing such an adhesive joint. The second hollow profile is surrounded in an overlapping region by the first hollow profile, and a core connected to the first hollow profile is arranged in the overlapping region inside the first hollow profile and the second hollow profile. An expandable structural adhesive is arranged between the core and the inner face of the second hollow profile.

A motor vehicle including at least one seat and/or at least one bench having a seat surface and a backrest. The backrest can be moved into a position above the seat surface in which the backrest and the seat surface lie opposite one another. In addition, the front edge of the seat surface and an edge of the backrest that lies closest to it can be connected with an additional element, for example, a roller blind or a plate.

Seat or bench for a motor vehicle

A process for producing a shell-shaped hollow body composed of fiber-reinforced plastic in which, in a first step, a continuous hollow body made of fiber-reinforced plastic is produced. In a second step, the continuous hollow body is separated into a plurality of shell-shaped hollow bodies. A motor vehicle seat including a seat portion having a wind deflector provided in a storage compartment thereof, the wind deflector being mounted for movement between a rest position in the storage compartment and an active position out of the storage compartment. The seat portion also has a rotational joint configured to permit rotation of the seat portion between a first orientation in which the seat portion permits a user to assume a seated position, and a second orientation in which the seat portion permits the wind deflector to assume the active position.
