A user device may receive, from a server device, a three-dimensional model of a product, and may display the three-dimensional model of the product, with a product review option, in an augmented reality user interface. The user device may display a product feature review panel, product review features, and product feature hotspots, with the three-dimensional model in the augmented reality user interface, based on selection of the product review option. The user device may receive a review of a product feature, via one of the product feature hotspots associated with the product feature and provided in the augmented reality user interface, and may submit the review of the product feature to the server device.

Systems and methods for utilizing augmented reality and voice commands to capture and display product information

A system described herein may maintain one or more models that associate respective objects and triggers with sets of actions. The system may receive visual information from a User Equipment ('UE'), may determine that the visual information received from the UE depicts the particular object, and may identify that the one or more triggers are met. The system may provide, to the UE, based on identifying that the visual information received from the UE depicts the particular object, and further based on identifying that the one or more triggers are met, an augmented reality (“AR”) virtual assistant that performs the particular set of actions with respect to the particular object.

In some implementations, an information tracking device may provide a graphical user interface (GUI) associated with providing contextual assistance to a user. The GUI may include a viewpoint region within a display area of the GUI. The information tracking device may track a content position that is associated with a position of content that is positioned within the viewpoint region. The information tracking device may identify a set of elements that is positioned within the viewpoint region, a set of user interactions associated with the set of elements that is positioned within the viewpoint region, and/or a time period that the content that is positioned within the viewpoint region remains positioned within the viewpoint region. The information tracking device may perform an action related to providing the contextual assistance based on at least one of the set of elements, the set of user interactions, and/or the time period.
