A battery pack of the present disclosure includes: a holder case accommodating a plurality of battery cells, each of the battery cells including an electrode portion on each end thereof; a protective circuit module mounted on an outer side of the holder case; at least one first lead tab including a fixing portion and a fastening portion, the fixing portion extending from a region of the protective circuit module facing the holder case toward the holder case, the fastening portion being bent from the fixing portion in a direction parallel to the holder case and extending toward the electrode portion of the battery cell; and a second lead tab electrically connected to the electrode portion of the battery cell and placed at a position corresponding to the fastening portion of the first lead tab of the protective circuit module.

Battery pack

A battery pack includes a plurality of batteries including a first battery and a second battery, and a circuit board including a main surface and a protruding surface extending from the main surface, the main surface being located at one surface of the first battery and the protruding surface being located at the second battery. The second battery is electrically connected to the circuit board through the protruding surface.

A battery pack includes: a plurality of battery cells arranged in parallel with each other, each of the battery cells comprising an electrode terminal at opposite ends thereof; a holder case configured to accommodate the battery cells; a protection circuit module mounted at an external side of the holder case and comprising a cell voltage measuring terminal facing the holder case; and a connection tab comprising a body part electrically connected to the electrode terminals of a group of the battery cells and an extended part extended from the body part to contact and be electrically connected with the cell voltage measuring terminal of the protection circuit module due to tension in the extended part.

A battery pack which includes a plurality of contact portions in a terminal accommodating portion provided in each of cell receiving portions of a plurality of battery cells, so that one selected from the plurality of contact portions can be electrically connected to electrode terminals of the battery cells even if the plurality of battery cells have different widths of wide walls. In addition, since the battery pack includes a series/parallel switch provided outside an external pack, a connection method of a plurality of battery cells provided inside the external pack can be switched to series/parallel connection. Further, since the battery pack includes a capacity display unit provided outside an external pack, capacity levels of a plurality of battery cells provided inside the external pack can be identified.

Battery pack accomodating different sizes of batteries

A battery pack is disclosed. In one aspect, the battery pack includes a battery cell comprising first and second sides opposing each other, a first cell holder coupled to the first side of the battery cell and a second cell holder coupled to the second side of the battery cell. The battery pack further includes a first protection circuit module (PCM) holder coupled to a surface of the first cell holder and a second PCM holder coupled to a surface of the second cell holder and combined with the first PCM holder. According to one embodiment, the battery pack can facilitate combination and assembly of battery cells and a protection circuit module.

A battery pack and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, which can protect a plurality battery cells from external shock or vibration by preventing the plurality battery cells from moving within a case. The battery pack includes a plurality of battery cells, a case accommodating the battery cells and including a plurality of injection holes, and a shock absorbing member integrally formed at the outside and inside of the case so as to penetrate the injection holes and supporting the battery cells.

Battery pack and method for manufacturing the same

A battery pack is disclosed. In one aspect, the battery pack includes a plurality of battery cells electrically connected to each other and comprising first and second outermost battery cells positioned at opposite ends thereof and a case accommodating the battery cells. The battery pack also includes a barrier wall formed between the battery cells and the case and a traversing tab positioned between the case and the barrier wall and electrically connecting the first and second outermost battery cells. At least one embodiment can facilitate a welding process while preventing a conductive tab connecting battery cells to a protective circuit module from being short-circuited.
