A ventilator door and fan control assembly for use with a range hood which is adapted for use in a recreational vehicle wherein there is a plate associated with said ventilation door to open and close the door that is activated by a cable controlled by an operator handle mounted on the range hood within a switch holder and guide. The operator handle and the switch holder and guide are adapted to receive a conventional fan switch and simultaneously activate or deactivate a fan with the opening or closing of the ventilator door.

A sprinkler includes a housing with an inlet port through which to supply a flow of liquid to the housing interior and a stem disposed at least partially within the interior of the housing for movement between a retracted position and an extended position. A piston disposed within the interior of the housing responds to the flow of liquid to move the stem from the retracted position to the extended position. The stem defines a passageway extending from a lower portion of the stem to an upper portion of the stem, and the lower portion of the stem defines an opening through which the flow of liquid can pass from the interior of the housing into the passageway. A valve element moveably mounted on the stem at least partially blocks the opening, and a shaft rotatably mounted on the housing extends to a position outside of the interior of the housing. The shaft is coupled to the valve element so that the valve can be rotated by rotation of the shaft for purposes of restricting the flow of liquid through the opening a selected amount.

An overload clutch is described which includes a drive member and a driven member which are coaxial and have concentric cylindrical surfaces which form an annular chamber. One or more rollers of elastomeric material are positioned in the chamber with the rollers in rolling contact with the concentric cylindrical surfaces. Teeth project into the annular chamber from both surfaces and engage the rollers from diametrically opposite positions to transmit torque from the drive to the driven member. Excessive torque causes the rollers to compress between the two engaging teeth, the roller passing between the teeth and allowing the drive member to rotate relative to the driven member.

Overload clutch

A pop-up riser in a vegetation sprinkler in which the riser is forced out of a housing by water pressure. The riser has a nozzle at its upper end. The riser is normally held in a retracted position by a coil spring. A serrated ring is fixed either on the housing or riser and resilient tabs extending respectively from the other are engaged with the serrations. Precise spray direction is achieved by relative rotation between the tabs and serrations. The nozzle configuration has an outwardly directed flow passage having a portion of its wall cutaway and has its upper end terminating in a conical wall to achieve an optimum spray pattern . A seal is fitted in the housing so as to surround the riser and so as to engage the riser as it is moved upwardly to extended sprinkling positions.
