An apparatus and method for automated microdissection of tissue from slides to optimize tissue harvest from regions of interest are disclosed. The apparatus includes at least a processor and a memory communicatively connected to the at least a processor, wherein the memory contains instructions configuring the at least a processor to receive a stained input slide, identify a region of interest on the stained input slide, generate a segmentation map of the region of interest as a function of a segmentation algorithm, register a segmented region of interest, as a function of the segmentation map, onto an unstained slide, wherein registering the segmented region of interest includes determining an orientation of the unstained slide corresponding to the segmented region of interest of the stained input slide, recording the orientation of the unstained slide relative to a reference plane, and registering the segmented region of interest to the unstained slide.

An apparatus for generating a confidence score associated with a scanned label is disclosed. The apparatus includes at least a processor and a memory communicatively connected to the at least a processor. The memory instructs the processor to receive a profile comprising at least a label containing a plurality of metadata associated with the at least a label. The memory instructs the processor to generate a scanned label as a function of the at least a label, wherein generating a scanned label comprises scanning the at least a label using a text recognition module. The memory instructs the processor to determine a confidence score associated with the at least a label as a function of a comparison between the scanned label and a plurality of historical scanned labels. The memory instructs the processor to display the confidence score using a display device.

The system comprises an input unit for imaging perspective view around the vehicle and a processing unit to receive a sequence of images from the at least one image sensor and detect at least one polygon pertaining to a parking slot in at least one image of the sequence of images, transform the at least one image into a bird's-eye-view image using a homography matrix, detect at least one quadrilateral pertaining to a parking slot, transform the bird's-eye-view image comprising the at least one quadrilateral, into corresponding image pertaining to perspective view around the vehicle using an inverse homography matrix, to analyse real world co-ordinates of the parking slot, and determine type of the parking slot by computing real world dimensions based on analysis of the real world co-ordinates of the parking slot.
