A payment processing apparatus and a system or a method are provided that have a location-agnostic payment code, where the user does not have to check in to the merchant's location. Further, the reliance on the network connection is reduced by caching or storing payment codes at the user's mobile device. The payment codes may have expiration and may be used once. The payment codes may be revoked or canceled if the user's mobile device is compromised or stolen. In an embodiment, the payment codes may be generated and provided to the user's mobile device when the payment application at the user's mobile device is refreshed. For example, the payment application is refreshed based on user's payment history or payment habits. In another embodiment, the payment codes may be generated and provided to the user's mobile device when the user is within a predetermined distance from a merchant.

A difference may be determined between a problem version of the application and an operational version of the application to identify a change associated with the problem. A person associated with the change may be determined. A task of resolving the problem may be assigned to the person associated with the change. A modification may be performed to resolve the problem associated with the change based on the determining of the difference.

The systems and methods identify a device context for a client device and identify a cell based on the device context. The cell is associated with one or more partition characteristics and a plurality of data elements stored in a precache of data elements. A modification may be performed to the problem version of the application to resolve the problem associated with the change based on determining of the difference. Performing the modification may comprise associating a priority for resolution of the problem. The problem version of the application may be rolled back or rolled forward to the operational version of the application based on the priority for resolution.

Methods and system for exception detecting and alerting are described. An exception indicating an occurrence of an error in an application and a path to the exception in an application space may be received. The received exception may be compared to a stored exception in a prior version of an exception data structure to determine whether the received exception is a new exception. The exception data structure may include a plurality of stored exceptions. The results of the comparison may be provided.
