A method for searching a path by using a 3D reconstructed map includes: receiving 3D point-cloud map information and 3D material map information; clustering the 3D point-cloud map information with a clustering algorithm to obtain clustering information, and identifying material attributes of objects in the 3D point-cloud map information with a material neural network model to obtain material attribute information; fusing the those map information based on their coordinate information, thereby outputting fused map information; identifying obstacle areas and non-obstacle areas in the fused map information based on an obstacle neural network model, the clustering information, and the material attribute information; and generating 3D path information according to the non-obstacle areas. Since the 3D path information is generated based on those map information, the obstacle areas and flight spaces are effectively determined to generate an accurate flight path.

Method for searching a path by using a three-dimensional reconstructed map

A device and a method for detecting a light irradiating angle are disclosed. The device, used to detect the incident direction of a light ray, includes a solar sensor and a processor. The sensing unit of the solar sensor has sensing areas. The sensing areas correspondingly generate sensing signals based on the intensity of the light ray. A mask covers the sensing unit and has an X-shaped light transmitting portion. The light ray transmits the X-shaped light transmitting portion to form an X-axis light ray and a Y-axis light ray. The X-axis light ray intersects the Y-axis light ray. The X-axis light ray and the Y-axis light ray fall on the sensing area. The processor, coupled to the sensing unit, receives the sensing signals and determines information of the incident direction according to the sensing signals.

Device and method for detecting a light irradiating angle

A polyhedron device for sensing light rays and detecting incident directions of the light rays includes a polyhedron mounting seat. The polyhedron mounting seat includes a bottom surface, a top surface, and side surfaces, wherein the bottom surface is opposite to the top surface. The side surfaces, located between the top surface and the bottom surface and inclined to the bottom surface, face toward different directions. The side surfaces are respectively provided with first light sensors. The top surface is provided with at least one second light sensor. The specific design of the polyhedron mounting seat is provided to the sensor for detecting a light ray at a larger angle, thereby measuring the finer data.

A rotary coding disc and a method for designing the same is applied to an optical encoder. N-bit De Bruijn sequences include 1 and 0. The N-bit De Bruijn sequence has the maximum binary code and the minimum binary code. When a binary code having M bits is located between the maximum binary code and the minimum binary code, the corresponding N-bit De Bruijn sequences are selected as diagonal De Bruijn sequences, wherein The De Bruijn sequence may be converted into a De Bruijn energy level. The total number of 1 consecutively neighboring 0 and (N&#x2212;1) consecutively neighboring N of the De Bruijn energy level is calculated. The transparent areas and the opaque areas are located based on the De Bruijn sequence or the De Bruijn energy level that corresponds to the total number less than or equal to N.

Rotary coding disc and method for designing the same

An optical encoding device includes a code disc, an optical signal generator, (K+1) optical sensors and an encoding circuit. The code disk has K gratings arranged in a row. The total width of the optical sensors is equal to the total width W of the gratings. The optical sensor receives the optical signal through the code disk. Each optical sensor converts the optical signal into a voltage signal and outputs the voltage signal. The encoding circuit receives and normalizes the voltage signals to generate (K+1) voltage values. During a period in which the code disk rotates by a distance of 2W/K, the encoding circuit compares the voltage values with a preset value to generate at least two binary codes. When K is odd, the preset value is 0.5, and when K is even, the preset value is 0.55. The present invention can increase an absolute row resolution of the code disc.

Optical encoding device for digital signal processing

The present invention is directed to a device which includes the following features: a light source illuminates a target to generate an optical inspection signal; a probe head provides an optical path for the optical inspection signal; a probe tube arranged at a front end of the probe head; at least one switched filter module arranged in the optical path, allowing the optical inspection signal to pass therethrough to generate a corresponding spectral signal; and an image sensor arranged behind the switched filter module, receiving the spectral signal and generating a spectral image. The spectral image can be transmitted to an external device, wherefrom the user can use the spectral image to examine the target in further detail. The present invention features a rotary-type or movable-type switched filter module, which facilitates the user to switch filters easily during optical inspection.

Portable noninvasive inspection device

A real-time color mapping system includes a memory and a converting module. The memory is configured for storing a mapping table. The converting module is configured for reading the mapping table stored in the memory, and for converting first image grayscale values corresponding to a first image signal into second image grayscale values corresponding to a second image signal according to the mapping table. The converting module utilizes at least part of bits corresponding to each of the first image grayscale values as a memory address to look up in the mapping table, thereby converting the first image grayscale values into the second image grayscale values. A real-time color mapping method is provided herein as well.

Real-time color mapping system and method

A system for measuring microfluctuation of accommodation comprises a measuring module and a processing module. The measuring module includes at least one first sensing element attached to the area around an eye of a testee for measuring an EMG signal. The processing module is coupled with the measuring module for picking up a specific frequency range of the EMG signal as a measurement index of microfluctuation of accommodation, wherein the specific frequency range is between 0.1 Hz and 100 Hz. The system allows the testee to be tested in an open field of view and exempts the testee from experiencing fatigue in the muscle around the eyes. The system is compact and convenient to carry. A method for measuring microfluctuation of accommodation is also disclosed.

An optical detecting device includes a reflecting element, a main body, a light source and a plurality of photosensitive elements. The reflecting element has a reflecting surface. The main body has an installing surface. The installing surface at least partially faces to the reflecting surface. The main body is configured to move along a moving direction relative to the reflecting element. The moving direction is substantially parallel with the reflecting surface. The light source is disposed on the installing surface and is configured to emit a light ray towards the reflecting surface. The photosensitive elements are disposed on the installing surface. Sides of the photosensitive elements close to the light source surround the light source to form a light source region. The light source is at least partially located in the light source region.

Optical detecting device

A display structure is provided. The display structure includes a first substrate, a pixel array, a second substrate and an optical component. The pixel array is disposed on the first substrate. Each of pixels of the pixel array includes a light-transparent region and a non-light-transparent region. The second substrate is disposed on the pixel array. The optical component has a microlens structure. After the light passes through the microlens structure, the light passes directly through the plurality of the light-transparent regions without passing through the edge of the plurality of the non-light-transparent regions.

Display structure

A head-mount eye tracking system including a first light source, a first pupil image capturing device, a first and a second environmental image capturing devices, a fixing device and an image identification system. The first light source is applied to illuminate a first eye of a user. The first pupil image capturing device is applied to capture a first pupil image of the first eye. The first and the second environmental image capturing devices are respectively applied to capture a first and a second environmental images in front of the user. The fixing device is mounted to the head of the user to fix the first light source, the first pupil image capturing device, the first and the second environmental image capturing devices on the head of the user. The image identification system is applied to map the first or the second environmental images to the first pupil image.

Head-mount eye tracking system with improved determination of gazing position

An electrical calibrated radiometer includes a base, a suspension unit extending from the base, and a first heat measuring unit and a second heat measuring unit formed in the base. By applying a known voltage to the first heat measuring unit, the first heat measuring unit could serve as a thermal background for the second heat measuring unit, and an absolute temperature of a heat source could be determined with high precision from output voltages of the second heat measuring unit.

Electrical calibrated radiometer

The present invention discloses a color-based music output system and a method thereof. The system of the present invention comprises a pickup unit receiving a musical signal; a recognition unit electrically connected with the pickup unit to receive the musical signal and recognizing musical elements from the musical signal; a conversion unit electrically with the recognition unit to receive the musical elements and converting the musical elements into colored musical notes; and a processing unit electrically connected with the pickup unit, the recognition unit and the conversion unit, receiving the colored musical notes, and outputting a colored musical notation corresponding to the colored musical notes. The present invention provides an easy-to-read colored musical notation to simplify the conventional five-line staff and overcome the disadvantages thereof and also provides an innovative color-based music output system to make users read musical notations easier.

Color-based music output system and method thereof

A method to determine a fiducial point for holographic data storage is disclosed, which utilizes a gray-level frame to sequentially retrieve a regional image used as a retrieved image with the size equal to that of the frame from a received gray-level image. The gray-level frame is compared with each retrieved image to obtain a plurality of values and construct a 2D proto-matrix. The 2D proto-matrix is transformed into a 2D matrix via letting the values smaller than 0 be 0. The 2D matrix and a retrieving matrix, which has a dimensionality equal to or smaller than that of the frame, are used to obtain an anchor matrix. A greatest value in the central region of the 2D matrix is found to function as an anchor value according to the anchor matrix, thereby find a fiducial point in the gray-level image.

Method to determine fiducial point for holographic data storage

A microscanning system including a microscope, a relay lens device, a stepping motor and a hyper-spectrometer is disclosed. The microscope is adapted to acquire and enlarge an image of an object to generate an enlarged image which is a 2D image distributed along the first direction and second direction. The relay lenses device disposed behind the microscope receives and transfers the enlarged image outputted by the microscope. The stepping motor electrically connected to the relay lens device reciprocates the relay lens linearly in the first direction device in a stepwise manner along the second direction. The hyper-spectrometer disposed behind the rely lens device receives the partial enlarged images of the object along the first direction that are transferred by the relay lens device sequentially along the second direction, and transform the partially enlarged images into the corresponding spectrum information.
