Electric machine having a rotor and a stator with stator coils arranged thereon, a wiring arrangement with a conductor support element and with connection conductors arranged at the latter, which connection conductors are connected to winding ends of the stator coils inside a wiring area. The wiring area is filled with an insulating potting material. The potting material has a cable feedthrough structure in the form of a free space forming a passage through the potting material.

Electric machine

A drive unit for a motor vehicle having an electric machine including a rotor mounted so as to be rotatable around an axis A and coupleable, with a driveshaft acting on the vehicle wheels, and a stator having an electric winding whose terminations are connected to a power source by a connection device arranged at a housing opening of the drive unit and guided through this opening. A housing element encloses the rotor and the stator on the radially outer side. To arrange the connection device such that the installation space is optimized, the winding terminations are connected to first contact elements arranged fixed in position at the stator constructed as axial connectors with respect to the electric machine, and constitute stator contacts. These first contact elements are connected to second contact elements constructed to correspond to the first contact elements arranged at a wall area of the drive unit, and constitute wall contacts. The wall contacts are electrically connected to the connection device or form this connection device.

A winding body for holding a winding of an electrical conductor to produce a coil for an electrical machine includes a winding area formed by a winding support and two sidepieces connected to the winding support. The sidepieces form the boundaries of the winding area and are connected to the winding support. Various measures are proposed for mounting a compact winding on the winding body, for arranging the winding body without play and in an operationally reliable manner on a tooth of an electrical machine, and for wiring several coils together in a space-saving manner by using the winding body.

Winding body for a coil of an electrical machine

A stator for an electrical machine includes a ring-shaped stator yoke with a number of stator coils arranged thereon. The conductor ends of the coils are designed to be connected to a wiring arrangement, where the wiring arrangement has linking conductors, which are arranged concentrically to each other, are insulated electrically against each other, and have terminal elements to form electrical contact areas by which they are connected to the ends of the stator coils. The ends of the coils be connected to the linking conductors by separate terminal elements which have a first contact area for establishing a connection with the linking conductor and a second contact area for establishing a connection with at least one coil end.

Stator for an electrical machine

The stator for an electric machine includes a ring-shaped stator yoke, on which stator coils, formed on winding bodies and distributed uniformly around the circumference, are mounted. The coils are wired electrically together by a wiring arrangement, which has a ring-shaped carrier element designed to be attached to the stator to hold connecting conductors. The carrier element is mounted radially with respect to the winding elements. To ensure a simple and reliable mounting of the carrier element on the stator, it is proposed that the carrier element be held in place on the winding bodies by means of a latching connection so that it cannot move in the axial direction.

A dual clutch arrangement including two clutch areas, each with a pressure plate connected to a housing arrangement for rotation in common around an axis of rotation (A) and which can be shifted in the axial direction with respect to the housing; and a clutch disk, the friction surface areas of which can be clamped between the respective pressure plate and an opposing support arrangement. Each of the clutch disks is designed to be connected nonrotatably to a different power takeoff element. In addition a clutch cooling arrangement, through which a coolant can flow, is installed adjacent to the clutch areas.
