A filter holder for a filter element that has an oval-shaped cross section, with a receiving section receiving the filter element, a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. The fluid inlet is arranged such that an inflow direction of the fluid to be filtered is oriented in the direction of a lateral surface of the filter element in order to separate particles contained in the fluid onto a wall of the receiving section with the aid of centrifugal force.

Filter holder, filter element and filter arrangement

A hollow filter element for insertion into an openable filter housing has a filter medium body configured as a hollow body surrounding an inwardly positioned flow space. At least one end disk is connected to the filter medium body and covers an axial end face of the filter medium body. A positioning element is arranged at the at least one end disk and interacts with a housing-associated blade of the filter housing. The positioning element receives the housing-associated blade with form fit in two different transverse directions relative to the longitudinal axis of the filter medium body. A filter element with at least one filter medium body and with a grip configured to hold and guide the filter element is provided. At least one locking element is arranged at the grip and configured to lock the filter element on a receiving filter housing. A filter device with such a filter element has a receiving filter housing to receive the filter element and a cover to secure the locking element in locked position on the filter housing.

Filter element, in particular for gas filtration

An annular filter element has a filter medium body configured to be flowed through by a fluid to be purified in a radial direction. A sealing element is arranged at the end face of the filter medium body and extends circumferentially around the end face. The sealing element has at least one first sealing section comprising a massive and large cross-sectional area and one or more second sealing sections with a cross-sectional area that is at least partially reduced in comparison to the large cross-sectional area. The one or more second sealing sections include a second sealing section with a groove-type recess, wherein the groove-type recess extends at least approximately across a length of the second sealing section with the groove-type recess or across a portion of said length.

Annular filter element, in particular for gas filtration

A filter element has a filter medium body enclosing an inwardly positioned flow space and having a center axis. A support frame is arranged at an inner side of the filter medium body. At least one circumferentially extending sealing ring lip is arranged at the filter medium body and projects axially in an axial direction relative to the center axis past an end face of the filter medium body. The sealing ring lip is designed to seal relative to a housing component of a receiving filter housing. A support ring is arranged at the end face of the filter medium body at a radial distance to the sealing ring lip in a radial direction relative to the center axis. The support ring is supported in the radial direction at the support frame and is formed as one piece together with the support frame.

Filter Element, in Particular for Gas Filtration, and filter device

A filter holder () for a filter element () has an oval-shaped cross section, a receiving section () for a filter element (), a fluid inlet (), and a fluid outlet (). The fluid inlet () is arranged such that an inflow direction (E) of the fluid (L) to be filtered is oriented in the direction of a lateral surface () of the filter element () such that the fluid (L) to be filtered flows tangentially around the filter element () in order to separate particles () contained in the fluid (L) onto a wall () of the receiving section () with the aid of centrifugal force.

A filter housing for receiving a filter element is provided with a first housing part having a first housing opening and a second housing opening. A second housing part is connected to the first housing part. A first connecting socket is arranged at the first housing opening of the first housing part. A second connecting socket is arranged at the second housing opening of the first housing part. A receiving space is provided in an interior of the filter housing between the first and second housing openings, wherein the receiving space accommodates the filter element.

A filter device for cleaning a gas flow has a hollow cylindrical pre-separator on whose outer side guide vanes are arranged. At least a portion of the guide vanes is provided with a rib that protrudes over the guide vane surface.

Cyclone filter device

A cyclone separator has a cyclone arrangement with individual cyclones each provided with a cell tube and guide device. The guide device causes a gas stream passing through the cell tube to rotate. At least one particle discharge is positioned perpendicularly to a longitudinal axis of the cyclone separator and discharges separated particles that have been separated from the gas stream in the cyclone arrangement. The cell tubes, for a targeted discharge of the separated particles, each have at least one particle outlet opening that is facing the particle discharge. The particle outlet openings of at least some of the individual cyclones, neighboring each other in the direction of a first perpendicular line that is perpendicular relative to the longitudinal axis of the cyclone separator, are displaced relative to each other in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the cyclone separator.

Cyclone separator

A filter device has a compact filter made of a filter material that is wound spirally. A star filter that is made of a filter material that has folds arranged in a star shape surrounds the compact filter. The filter device has a cylindrical shape. A fluid to be filtered passes the compact filter in an axial direction and the star filter in a radial direction. The filter device is exchangeable and is mounted in a filter housing such that the compact filter and the star filter have a common raw side and a common clean side that are separated from each other.

Filter device

A filter element for filtering a fluid stream, comprising a cylindrical support body, which is provided with openings and is sealed at one axial end, and a filter medium arranged on the support body. The filter medium is a strip material, which extends over approximately the entire length of the support body, and is wrapped around the circumference of the support body, and the start and the end of the strip material are welded together.

A filter has a filter housing and a receptacle chamber in the filter housing into which a filter element is insertable. The filter housing has a housing cover for opening and closing an opening of the receptacle chamber. The housing cover is situated in an area of the filter housing between the oncoming flow side and the outgoing flow side of the filter element.

Filter in a filter housing

A filter element for end face inlet formed of triangular channels which are alternately closed such that the fluid to be filtered must pass through the filter material in order to flow from the inlet side () to the discharge side (). The channels are formed by alternating flat layers () and folded layers (), whereby all sides of the inlet channels face a discharge channel. A particularly high filter efficiency is thereby achieved such that a large filter surface area and a high filter capacity are attained with a relatively small structural volume. The filter can be used, for example, as an air filter for various air filtration applications.
