The exemplary embodiments relate to an autonomous temperature transmitter for use in process installations. In order to feed an electronic component with energy, a thermoelectric transducer is arranged such that it is thermally operatively connected to at least one thermal conducting element between an internal thermal coupling element and an external thermal coupling element, the internal thermal coupling element being thermally coupled to the process medium and the ambient air flowing around the external thermal coupling element.

Autonomous temperature transmitter

The disclosure relates to a multiaxial force-torque sensor having a transducer structure, with strain gauges placed in defined areas to measure the strain, from which the forces and torques are calculated, and where the transducer structure can include (e.g., consist of) two concentric rings connected with spokes. The transducer structure can be a planar mechanical structure, and all strain gauges can be applied to the same surface of the transducer structure to measure non-radial strain components.

Multiaxial force-torque sensors

A multiaxial force/torque sensor assembly and method for assembling such a sensor assembly are disclosed. The sensor assembly includes a set of at least two sensors each being made of strain gauges, which are each arranged at a definite angle and distance relative to each other and which are each fixed to a transducer body, which is mechanical contact with a printed circuit board. The printed circuit board includes clearances for each strain gauge as well as associated electronic components and wiring located on the remaining area of the printed circuit board which will monitor compressive and tensile stresses in the measurement directions of the sensors. The method includes positioning the strain gauges on the plane measurement surface of a transducer body in a definite arrangement; fixing the strain gauges to the transducer body by means of adhesives, and connecting the strain gauges to respective conductors by means of electrically bonding.

Set of multiaxial force and torque sensor and assembling method

A device for suspension of a sample body which rotates in space about a rotation axis which is in a fixed position or is related to a fixed position, as a function of the intensity of a measurement effect. In order to ensure that a sample mass is mounted in the device securely and such that it can rotate very largely without any lateral movement, the suspension, which has at least two springs, for the sample body is designed to be planar in a rest position.

A measuring device for determining the oxygen content in gases is described. The measuring device is disposed between two magnets that are positioned at a distance from one another. The measuring device is equipped with a sensor that is held rotatably within a frame. The sensor has two parallelepipedic bodies that are both made hollow or solid and are connected to one another via a web-shaped structural element. The web-shaped structural element is fastened to the frame via at least one holding element, so that the sensor can be rotated about its center of gravity. The amount of rotation is dependent on the quantity of oxygen that is concentrated between the two magnets. A current can be conducted through a conductor track led on the surface of the sensor and generates a correspondingly high restoring force by which the sensor is brought into the position of rest again.

Device for measuring the oxygen concentration in gases

There is disclosed a measurement mechanism for differential pressure measurement. The mechanism has two housing portions with flanges. A differential pressure sensor is force-fit between the two flange faces. An electronics board is connected to the differential pressure sensor by means of a force-fit electrical contact.

A process for producing a coating on components having peripheries to be placed in direct contact with vaporous media. Such peripheries are wetted over part or all of their surface with a film of liquid when the vaporous media are changed from the vapor state into the liquid state by phase transition. Such films of liquid increase the thermal resistance, for example, of the components. In order to avoid such wetting, the peripheries of each component are roughened. A coat of a non-wettable, amorphous carbon is then applied to the peripheries, at least in regions thereof.
